Poolside prices were ridiculous. Make sure to pay cash for no surprises on checkout. Why is the environmental fee not included in the upfront room pricing? It was only $22, but all the extra fees just don't make sense

The location of this hotel was phenomenal! Great service. Get a marina view! It is worth the extra.

The Bed and Pillow were very uncomfortable. My husband barely slept.

The location and staff are everything. Super friendly and helpful. The Sky Pool staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

for one this hotel was 4 star probably years ago ! the rooms are dated what with Ac that cannot be controlled and they don’t have enough warm blankets so u land up using the dated fan with light bulb! And the bathroom is more small& dated with rusted showers and black grouted tiles! we had a king room and the bed took up the entire space we literally had no space to change . honestly it was priced up than what we paid for! Also they had these super dated coffee machines in the room with only one regular coffee pouches like - really ?

the location is amazing ! its right on the marina and you can walk to beaches/ restaurants and shops located on the marina also our room had breakfast included which was wonderful and sumptuous! lovely helpful staff!

The floor of the room was not cleaned. No kettle which is not convenient when we wanted hot drinks. The parking required us to get the ticket from reception, where it always has a long queue. Lastly, the floor labels are confusing, our room was on the 2nd floor, but the lift label shows 1.

We love the breakfast, it is the best for our package. The variety of food is good!

If you have mobility issues there are some rooms far from elevators and requiring some steps, just ask for a room close to the elevators. Beautiful property.

Excellent location on the marina, walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Easy to get around and everyone was helpful and friendly. The staff at the hotel was great and the breakfast was awesome.

The shower had terrible water pressure and leaked from the shower head 24 hours a day.. The bathroom door would not close and we killed 3 cockroaches..

There was a bit of confusion about getting a late check out which resulted in paying $50 to check out late (which I had no problem with paying). I wish I was told about this during check in rather than a lot of back and forth with the front desk.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay here over Christmas. The breakfast was great and we loved the pool and hot tubs. The location is within walking distance to everything you could need. Would stay here again.

Extremely dirty floor in the room . I found a lot of hair from previous guests in my bathroom. My room haven’t been cleaned a single time during my 3 night stay. Located in a busy area. A lot of noise at night. One of 2 elevators in my building haven’t been working for 2 days. My room was on the 5th floor and it created a lot of inconvenience.

Everything was good! A light bulb was out in the bathroom and I met housekeeping in the hallway and they came and replaced d it immediately.

Great location. Breakfast was mediocre and they don’t tell you that even though it’s included that there is a tip put on the buffet for each meal (even though I was tipping with cash as well). That would be the only negative . older hotel, good value and prime location if you want to be on the marina and close to the locals beach .

there was a cockroach in the blanket the third night 😒😒 The balcony door handle was broke , as was the toilet tissue holder. the bathroom felt a bit small for two people and the daily cleaners did not sweep the floors

The central location was great. I appreciated being able to walk to things on the marina and downtown area without necessarily needing car. that said, I felt a cat would have been helpful for other excursions as after a few days we were tired of eating at food, the same beaches, and tour options
