The location could not be beat. Great views overlooking the marina from the rooms, restaurant, and pool. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!

The drinks at the pool were bad. We only used a fraction of the all inclusive because we couldn’t use good quality alcohol in our drinks and there were only two places to eat. Some of the pool staff seemed put out when having to make us drinks. The pool water was too warm.

I liked the location. I liked the view. the staff at the vista restaurant and light house were very nice and attentive. Some of the food was really good.

It is an older property and is not kept very well. The sink and shower don't drain, and the AC is loud and doesn't work very well. It rained for a couple of days during our stay. No one can control the weather––but good hotels are better prepared for it. This hotel was NOT. Too many water leaks, wet towels on the floor, very difficult to walk around and to make things worst, there was no TV for three days. Some other reviews talk about breakfast. At best, it can be described as average, with minimal options. Understandably, it couldn't be served by the pool due to the weather, but the quality and options were also reduced significantly.

Being central to everything is a good location. It is on the Marina, so there is no beach. But the boardwalk is great with many shops and restaurants and easy access to various activities. The room was clean. The staff is very pleasant and works hard.

I didn’t like that the “all inclusive” didn’t include many food or drink options but on the bright side 30% off was applied to the items out side of the “all inclusive” rate.

Loved that the property is literally in the middle of everything.

The hotel changed my room from a king room to a room with two Queen beds and offered no reason. Also, it was dirty! My gf and I stayed 4 nights and each day we found cockroaches big and small in the room. definitely would not stay here again.

the property was very clean and in a very convenient location. We could walk anywhere we needed to go. the food was very good in the all inclusive package. The staff was very friendly, Jaime at the pool bar was amazing he made sure to take care of us.

Huge hotel with literally nothing special to offer, extremely loudly till 1 or 2 am, sewage stench impacting your room from time to time, no choice of breakfast other than heavy stuff, walk to the closest beach is like min. 15 mins as you need to go round the whole marina, swimming pool area is a mass thing

very kind staff - quick to help, spacious room with large balcony, fast checkin/out, free and convenient parking place, various shops, bars and restaurants around the hotel with Pacific Tony’s which we can recommend, location if just for marina, view on marina

Our only downfall was the service in there restaurant, it's a beautiful restaurant and there food was good but the service was awfull, saw a lot of people walk out because no one ever acknowledged them, I was happy I didn't get all inclusive because of there service.

I would highly recommend the hotel it is centrally located to everything, our rooms were cleaned daily, the check-in was quick, the staff was very professional. Our daily breakfast was delicious
