The food was just meh. I think I would skip the all-inclusive next time.

It was clean and the air conditioning worked well. I like the tile floors because you know they are clean.

I have nothing negative to say.

We were only there for 1 night. Loved the location and the view. Our room was very quiet, clean, with a nice size patio deck overlooking the marina. The pool was nice, and not very crowded. We did not do an all inclusive, but our breakfast was included, and was very good. The staff - everyone of them- were super friendly, and very helpful!

we were a little taken back that it wasn’t advertised more clearly as only breakfast included and then a separate all inclusive package. we paid for the upgrade which was worth it but it was a little confusing at first.

accessibility to local attractions and bars, the port is beautiful and the staff is awesome !

facility was tired in areas, manager in the pool restaurant was not focused on making the guests comfortable. we went in for lunch and we’re looking for a glass of pino as it was not available the waiter offered an alternative. we requested a taste. he checked with his supervisor who walked by the table and muttered we don’t give tastes and kept walking. very disrespectful so we left and had lunch elsewhere.

The vehicle exit procedure was a bit convoluted, requiring you to remember that you received an extra plastic card (not your room key) in addition to the chit given to you at checkout, in order to recover your vehicle. It is an unnecessarily convoluted process not worthy of a 4-star establishment.

Nice views overlooking the marina, very good food, excellent marguerites, and friendly, capable staff.

The accommodations are excellent. Very clean and great location. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool is great and the restaurants are wonderful.

We ran out of water in our shower, sink and toilet. Took a couple hours to fix. Elevators are constantly not working and have to take stairs. The day passes are extremely over priced for friends to visit. The staff allowed our friends who live there to help us with bags to our room the first day and then they were not allowed to accompany us to our rooms at all after that and they very rude about it. I wasn’t about to pay $70 for a 4 hour day pass for a friend to accompany to my room. Didn’t even use the pool since we had to go to our friends pool in their residential area couldn’t justify spending $200 for them to just go to the pool with us. Rooms should also have microwaves. You can’t even take leftovers since you have no way of fitting it in the mini fridge or heating it up.

I liked everything!

Very clean—spotless. liked the Mexican decor and colors. Breakfast was generous and delicious. the staff were friendly, helpful and hard-working. The location was convenient for shopping. the bed was comfortable. The towels were large and thick.

there was an awful stench, I paid 70.00 for 3 bottles of water a can of soda and 2 cans of light. the images of the rooms weee deceiving and although we had bracelets I can’t say I felt 100% safe. I would not recommend this place.

confusion as to so many excursions vendors. inside. front area back area. never knew which one to use and trust. who was connected to resort or just renting space. not sure if what we paid was an appropriate USA dollar amount. we were referred to Tesoro from friend’s recommendation. what’s typical resort daily with breakfast price???

On marina. excellent breakfasts. great staff. very clean everywhere. very accommodating all staff. always a smile and words of welcome from all staff. welcoming to USA visitors. liked 4 different preparation food stations at poolside to order exactly what you wanted and watch it being made fresh!! all food seemed very fresh and delicious.

the guest service rep was not that friendly, I think he was hangary.

It was centrally located, we could walk anywhere we needed to go. It felt safe the entire time.
