We were only passing through town and stayed one night, but loved the location and easy access to all the restaurants downstairs in the marina. If I return to Cabo for fishing or diving, this is the place to stay due to its proximity.

So the servers at the lighthouse restaurant and sky pool restaurant are friendly but the food takes FOREVER to come out. If you’re in a hurry for anything you will be late so give yourself time. The pool service is awful. They have 3 waiters and they are by bar doing “busy work-ish” stuff instead of actually waiting on you poolside. We stayed there after a week at Pueblo bonito Rose and the Rose was top notch service. Now those pool servers run and are so accommodating..Tesoro pool service gets a 1… and that’s being nice. Also we didn’t get our room serviced. We had to call down for towels and the lady brought up sheets to change the bed. The next day we complained and poof… they made up our room early. It’s the little things that make a big difference. There is zero sense of urgency. I guess I compared too much to where we stayed the week before and I feel Tesoro should send all to Rose for lessons. Even the front desk was lacking (I promise we are not picky..just noticed the vast difference between resorts. Doubt we will return)..

Location on marina and nice sky pool overlooking all in marina. That’s honestly why we go back.

I was disappointed with the presence of cockroaches in the room-(3) different occurrences. Other than that the room was sufficient. I would have liked more "regular" coffee in the room and NO decaf!

Location was excellent! Free breakfast every day was great! Pool atmosphere was great! Service persons were awesome! Omargaritas was the go to spot to start our evenings!

The first day the breakfast was fantastic with so many options. The 2nd day it wasn’t as good because the chef had the day off.

The location is great, you can walk everywhere. Everything seemed clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and the music by the pool was great!

Booking.com was the app I used to make the reservation and ended up regretting it. I thought I was getting a room with breakfast but ended up paying way more than advertised with out the breakfast. Will never use this app again.

My friend slipped and fell in the downstairs bathroom and they wouldn’t pay for her to be seen by a Dr. then they had her sign papers that said they are not liable. The papers were in Spanish and they lied about what the papers said.

The staff is kind and accommodating. The food is good and the place is clean.

Location is too close to the noisy centre, if you're in the wrong rooms it will be hard to sleep till late at night, party town basically every day. The room was a bit old and small, should have better isolation and insoronitation considering it was facing a nightclub.

General services offered and pool, location is partly good, marina front and very central everything within walking distance. I would not recomended it for business trips, I guess for holiday could be ok if you like big style hotel. Overall decent stay, staff was kind.

The first room I stayed in was nice but infested with roaches. I was transferred to a new room that looked very old and outdated. There was no kitchenette like the first one. After two days in that room there was as a cock roach in my shower. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again.

I like the area it was in. Close to many tourists attractions, stores, and restaurants. The staff was nice.

Would have liked a better shower nozzle. There was little and sometimes no water pressure.

The view was amazing. We had a corner view so we were able to view the entire marina! The morning buffet was great to have every morning with an awesome view as well and right at the pool to lounge at after. I used the gym as well and it had everything we needed. And of course, the location is perfect for Cabo!

Blow dryer did not work

Friendly staff and clean with great care trail location. Was told I could have an early check in if available but they said no on arrival unless did time share visit. Needed early check in to refrigerate insulin. Once agreed to timeshare room was available.

Shower was licking. Window you have to keep closet all the time because people are walking all the time. But I knew this room was not Marina view. But there is also absolutely no city view.

The bed was very good. Soft clean and king size. Room was normal size. Room has a locker.

The bed in room 380 needs to be replaced you sink in it very bumpy not comfortable at all, pillows are not comfortable either. Sheets were stained, Pool was dirty the entire time there didn't look like anyone clean it
