I had to ask for housekeeping most days as it hadn’t happened by the time I returned back to my hotel.

the hotel is very central to downtown cabo. the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Our ONLY negative comment would be that there were bugs in our bathroom, but this may just be the situation in Mexico. They caused no other problems than just being there.

The location is PERFECT, right on the marina. Food & drinks were fantastic, staff was stellar. Angel & David in the Vista Roof Restaurant were very attentive waiters in particular.

One of the security guard at night tried to make me pay $10 to bring a friend to my room, saying she needed to be registered. I'm not sure if this is really legit, but it certainly felt weird. Also, having to give a $100 deposit on top of the room price is quite an annoyance.

Well located high-star hotel in the center of Los Cabos. Expensive but the quality is worth it.

does a standard room have a big picture window looking onto a rain drainage patio area with no room access or view outside? when an upgrade was asked for, we were told that was not a possibility at any time during our two week stay. Bathroom was so small the door hit the toilet

the hotel staff at the front desk was not very attentive to customer needs room could have been better toilets aren’t working and when I asked if I can have a different room they told me they were all booked up and then come to find out they weren’t I asked to be closer to my Daugter and they just basically told me no my daughters room had to be switched cuz the shower leaked and the room they put her In had a picture window facing a lobby hallway!

Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and everything was fresh. Pool area and hot tubs were a welcome relaxation at the end of the day. Location was great, right in the middle of the marina and close to all the shops and bars downtown.

Can't think of anything offhand that I didn't like, there are some areas under repair near the lobby that didn't appear to have anyone working on repairing. They may want to take care of that before someone not paying attention hurts themselves.

Loved the breakfast and location. The room (Junior Suite) was a bit smaller than I expected, I also expected a small couch to sit on rather than the 2 chairs that were somewhat uncomfortable, the room just didn't seem to match that of the room pictures of the room I booked. Overall though, we loved the Hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Slider door in room was broken. Purchased a king suite got a queen instead. Refills on coffee at breakfast was so slow. Bed was like sleeping in a canoe. Hidden ECO fee of two dollars per day was tacked on at checkout .... No where was that mentioned ahead of time. Food at tesoro light house was sub par.

Location is excellent, Breakfast was enjoyable. Staff is extremely friendly. View of marina is stunning. Easy access to bars and restaraunts was convienient. David Sanchez was beyond helpful and the nicest manager ever. We worried about nightlife noise, that turned out to be a non event.
