It took 15 minutes to get the shower hot water to finally arrive and even then it didn't always get very warm. The breakfast was okay but the space of that little room to eat in is not very pleasant. We much preferred eating outside by the pool.

The design of the space and the staff experience was excellent. We loved the pool and the greenery around the property was very relaxing.

the area is a bit scrappy and remote however we felt safe and only a sort couple minutes walk to nice restaurants. taxi ride to centre of town

everything felt new and clean, the pool area was great but you could also use adjacent sister hotel pool which was even nicer. great cocktail in bar area. nice breakfast

literally everything was great! nothing negative. We rented a car so didn’t mind that it was a little further out.

Absolutely in love with this hotel. I loved that it was so quite and calm there. I really felt at peace. Everything is so clean. and everyone is so nice. If you are in Tulum this is the place to stay! You must go to the bar! Damion is a great bartender and he wants amazing drinks! The sister hotel is super zen and nice too! lunch there was great!

Huge exceptional private party next to the hotel the first nite, all-night long!!! We were refunded for this night and they gave me a room in a different hotel the nite after in case it happens again + I was offered a massage to calm me down! So thank you for your action. A detail: the (all stunning) floors in the rooms should be cleaned with vinegar to take the scale deposit off. But apart from this: loved it 😀

Stunning small hip hotel, very fithties, exactly like in the pictures, very clean, very airy, beautiful rooms, very comfy beds and hammock in each room, big showers, very beautiful swimming pool, not a lot of people- which is awesome!-, terraces with toucan in the trees😀, nice Staff, especially at the reception.

very far from everything. the breakfast would change sometimes. Every day was the same: 1 glass of caffe, 1 glass of orange juice, 1 croassaint, 1 piece of bread, 1 butter, jam and bowl of fruits (this was very tasty)

loved the more secluded location in the jungle. the staff was super helpful, the cleaning crew, damien the bartender, the breakfast chef, night security, and the ladies at front desk. and the architecture and design details are superb. The toucan family outside of our balcony greeting us all the time.

- Hotel is far away from the city center - no bikes to rent - not so clean as it should be for this price

You can also use the hotel Holistics which is much bigger. The area is quite.

the hotel is gorgeous and has a lovely bar/pool area for relaxing inbetween sight seeing! they offer mopeds and e-bikes for a small daily charge that makes it super easy to get about and see Tulum :)
