The room was really good! i feel like i was in Home.. i never had that sensation even with the best brands accros United states so i will highly recomment this place.

United StatesThe pool was dirty, due ti all the trees..not fun to swim in. The continental breakfast was not great. I had ro pay for my sons orange and apple juice.I also had a problem with a party at the room above us, and called reception and they did not do anything. This was the first night and the party stared at 1 am and ended at 6 am. We dis not sleep at all. The AC in our room did not work, after an hour of being turn on it made this loud noise and we had to turn it off. So I had to wake up every other hour to turn on and off.
It,s a beautiful property.Like an Hacienda. It has two restaurants. The kids liked the play area.

United StatesWe didn’t feel safe in the 1st room we were put in because the windows didn’t lock on the ground floor. Staff’s response was “We have security cameras.” The heater also did not work in this room. They then moved us to a smaller room, ground floor where the window still did not lock. When we stressed safety concerns and asked for a refund, they finally begrudgingly moved us upstairs. The room they gave us was right over the entrance where you could hear everything (in a virtually empty hotel.) There was a party going on at the tables directly below our window that kept us up past midnight. We had planned on staying here again after several days of visiting the waterfalls, but we canceled our reservation.
The grounds are pretty.

MexicoWiFi is mediocre, but for us it didn’t matter since we spent most of the days outside the hotel exploring the nearby attractions. Parking spaces are limited when the hotel hosts an event, although has a separate parking for guests hosted in the suites’ building.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property has plenty of options to eat/dine. Local cuisine is served at breakfast buffet and it’s delicious. The location is perfect with nearby restaurants, gas stations and drugstores. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.
