The owners are really friendly and helpful with any kind of practical needs. The hostel is close to the historic center. We received fresh towels every day and the room was cleaned perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay and would return in a minute!

I've never seen so many rules, e.g. after checkout you can't be on the terrace, if you leave your luggage during the day and pick it up after 8pm you need to pay extra etc I didn't appreciate at all they let ppl do their check-in and come to the dorm at 8am while we are still sleeping.

There seemed to be no effort to create community, so no one was ever around to talk to. People came and left without talking to one another. It was basically just a clean bed. That was nice, but not why I go to hostels. The kitchen closed at a certain hour, making late night snacks impossible.

It was clean and quiet. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. It was a short walk to the city center.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooftop terrace is awesome and has views across the city. Room was clean and great bathroom. The property was located just outside the main area but only a couple of minutes walk and was ideal for us as quieter and more relaxing.

Excellent location very swift walk into the centre. High security ie a good entrance into the hostel helpful staff calling taxis and luggage hold for after checkout if you don't want to leave town immediately. I stayed in a studio and was grateful for the hair dryer after 2 weeks traveling the first place I had booked that did...nice roof terrace with splendid night views across the city I wished I had more nights booked there and would definitely stay again... recommended.

I really enjoyed my 5 day stay. The staff was super sweet and helpful throughout my time there. I've never seen any room or kitchen being cleaned so thoroughly. The location is not directly (still close enough) in the center which I think is a big plus because it's in a nice and quiet street with a great rooftop and view onto the town and mountains. FIY it's not a party hostel which was perfect for me! Muchas Gracias! <3

Nothing, the position is uphill and a bit out of the city center but just a few blocks. It's a 5 min walk to the main street.

Good staying, we got a large private room and it was simple but got everything you need. Free coffe and water every morning and room service as well. Staff was kind. Terrace is nice.

Not the best for socialising as the only communal area is the terrace which closes at 10pm. Could do with more curtains in the room as the light from the bedroom next door shines through into the room at night.

The roof was amazing, and the staff went out of their way to help us. It was an incredible value. Everything was thoughtfully done.

The location is not perfect, but you can easily walk to the center. The room has very interesting details but we found the area a bit small for 2 people with large backpacks. The shower had low pressure and was fixed to the wall (but this is quite common throughout Mexico).

The Hostel has a very relaxed atmosphere. It's all super clean and pleasant. The staff is very kind and always helpful. The bed was super comfortable and having Netflix in the room is always amazing! The hostel also has an incredible rooftop with a superb view of the city. The hostel also has a station with filtered water for guests to drink (something quite rare in Mexico).

Very friendly and helpful hosts at this lovely hostel. Beautiful view, the rooms are spotless, and everyone staying there were super considerate of others. A bit of an uphill walk but the rooftop patio is well worth the effort!

We had a room facing the corridor with a curtain, so no window really. The inside window was facing the cleaning room with no curtain, so there was a light coming in during the night. Not hostels fault, but there was a lot of trash in front of the building, something to address with the city.

Very good hostel, clean and comfortable. They provide free drinkable water and there is room cleaning service daily. No noise, nice terrace on the top of the roof

There are no lights at the beginning of the street, which made me feel a bit less safe on the way home from the center in the evenings.

Everything was good. If I am to be picky, the coffee maker doesn’t have filters and no paper towels provided in kitchen. The stovetop did not work. But these things did not bother me

Great location, perfectly clean and updated, the rooftop terrace is very nice, the private rooms are nice with hot water. Very nice front desk. accommodating and held my luggage after check out for the day.
