“We had a wonderful stay at Doubletree by Hilton Penang. Experienced lovely and warm hospitality by the staff. Our little daughter left her iPhone at the hotel. The housekeeping crew went way above and beyond their scope of work and courier it to us immediately the next day at KL, or else we would miss the parcel as we stayed only one night at KL. We must express our special thanks to Ms Srivalli Muniandy, Housekeeping Coordinator, and her team. It really means a lot 🥰 ❤️ 😔”

“I had a wonderful stay at this well-maintained hotel. I absolutely loved the room, especially the unique bathtub on the balcony! The surroundings were beautiful and the overall ambience was very calming. Breakfast was great too (except for the mee goreng, which was a bit salty for me at the time). This hotel is perfect for those who appreciate privacy. I stayed during Raya, and while the midnight fireworks nearby were quite loud, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’d definitely come back!”
“We booked a king suite with bathtub and ocean view for 3 adults. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilieties were nice with and adult pool, splash pool and many games to play However, we were given our room 1.5 hours late while having to wait in another room. The housekeeping was always late in making up the room and did not replenish supplies for 3 adults. Breakfast had variety of options but most of the dishes had a bland taste. Double tree by Hilton Malacca is far better.”
