New ZealandDespite saying there was coffee on, there was no coffee. Also the hot water in the shower didn't work, and the wifi did not work at all. Kept on coming up saying "network full" and wouldn't connect my phone. Not an uncomfortable place to stay, but given the price I would think these issues should be fixed asap.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Aircon worked very well and kept the room nice and cool. The front desk staff were very helpful in helping me book a bus to Sandakan!

MalaysiaThe room is not as you seen in the picture. Only one pillow provided, toilet paper is not provided, the room hygiene is quite poor, you can see baby cockroach. Not enough chair, only a chair provided.
The location is near Pasar Tanjung, not hard to find parking space, it has a lift, the receptionist is friendly and helpful, restaurant and sundry shops are easy to find. The WIFI is easy connected without password.Near Pasar Malam, just cross the road, you will find it. It is a budget room, so don't expect too much, air cond and hot water work well.

MalaysiaThe room is what you would expect from a standard budget hotel, equipped with basic amenities. While the room appears a bit outdated, I hope the management considers upgrading the interior to enhance the overall experience. That said, there isn’t much to complain about as the affordable price reflects the condition provided.
My recent trip was short but pleasant. We arrived around 4:00 AM and headed straight to the hotel for a late check-in. I deeply appreciate the staff’s professionalism and efficiency during the process, ensuring everything went smoothly. After a long journey from KUL to TWU, I was able to enjoy a restful sleep. I am very satisfied with the services and overall experience at this hotel and would love to share my thoughts.
