AustraliaThe hotel isn't that well maintained. The toilet wasn't working, the tap was leaking, and you couldn't turn it off. The iron leaked water. The shower was mouldy. The TV had faulty cables, so the audio wasn't working. The wifi was really poor and kept cutting out. On the surface, it was an incredible hotel, but as we stayed there, more issues started to arise.
Great location, amazing views, large rooms, its a beautiful hotel, and a lot of potential. The pool was really nice. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was really delicious and comprehensive. There were issues, but the positives made it often easy to overlook the negatives.

MalaysiaI have been here many times. Maybe this time i feel that the place needs some uplift. I know the property has been more than 15 years. Because my son and i was here since he was a baby. The balcony door couldn't be closed, air conditioner unit, i wasnt able to regulate the temperature.
I still love that avillion maintained their sauna/steam facility. Their staff was great. From their duty manager when checking in, to the manager and staff that was in charge of the breakfast do.

MalaysiaToilet was not flushing and when feedbacked to the management multiple times, they didn't send maintenance immediately and made us wait for a full day to change rooms - would not have gotten a change in the room had we not insisted when we went up to the reception and the reception could only give us leftover rooms with a diminished view and spotty WiFi and service in comparison to our first room with the broken toilet. Didn't place us in priority and checked others in while we waited patiently for them to call us to move rooms. Promised to move us by 2pm, only got our new room at 5pm. Front desk is not fully fluent in English as well and defensive when we raised our lack of toilet facilities for the whole night.
There was a separate adult pool.

MalaysiaThe room provided to us has no ceiling lights and the room was too dark and was unable to take photos but was comfortable for sleeping. The room toilet was not too clean and smelly for garden view.
The beach view and garden view was gorgeous and worth it. Especially during sunrise and sunset. Staff’s are friendly and understanding. But was grateful to the staff who was able to accommodate us to another room when we had issue with our original room.

Malaysiapoor maintenance of the deck in room, windows and shower area. the towel didnt look pleasant as it was yellowish and has unpleasant smells. Breakfast food was great, unfortunately it is very pack and making it less enjoyable, especially when it is so near to the pool, and there are adult and children splashing water into the restaurant, nevertheless, the ambience on the other side of the deck, facing the ocean was spectacular
Beach on both side are very clean. there's water tap and shower at the beach before entering the premis, which would keep the hotel premis alot cleaner, and comfort for the guest.

MalaysiaI recently stayed at your hotel (26/10/2024 - 27/10/2024) during the peak season and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Upon check-in, I noticed that there were no slippers or towels provided in my room. Firstly, the house keeping only send the slippers but no towels. I had to go to the reception to request the towels. (4.30 pm - 7.00 pm). It seemed that the high volume of guests may have affected the usual standards. Additionally, the dustbin was placed on top of a chair, which seemed quite unusual and inconvenient. I also found that the cleanliness of my room did not meet my expectations, likely due to the high volume of guests. Furthermore, the toilet had a noticeable smell, which was quite unpleasant. Lastly, I was disappointed with the breakfast, the nasi lemak and kueh teow lacked flavor and did not match the quality I had (27/10/2024) I understand that peak times can be challenging, but I believe addressing these concerns could greatly enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.
I recently stayed at a spacious room that was perfect for two people, and I truly appreciated the extra side bed. It gave us plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the adult-only pool, it provided a serene atmosphere that really helped me unwind and enjoy my time.
