the entire hotel facilities was nice and staffs are very polite and informative , the room is very clean and accommodate. even though the hotel 20km far from pantai cenang , but this area full with restaurant , duty free shop and all other necessities. since i been here on fasting month there is a huge bazar Ramadhan street within walking distance from hotel. Overall it was a worthy deal.

Executive lounge - coffee also just as bad and there was no alcohol (wine or beer) served even in a duty-free island? Room service satay was terrible! After that one time disaster, I did not want to order room service anymore.

United KingdomThe hotel is a 10 minute drive from the ferry pier to the mainland and about 20 mins drive from the main tourist area / beach / nightlife. In terms of nightlife there is nothing really around the hotel. The hotel would be ideal for a couple wanting a quiet holiday or a young family not necessarily looking for after dark night life.
The hotel was very nice. It was well maintained and the staff were all very friendly and courteous. The room allocated was a good size, comfortable and clean (cleaned every day). The hotel had a good sized swimming pool and gym which I used both were good. There is a large soft play area for children. I used the hotel spa for a couple of treatments and both are very good and very reasonably priced. The food in the breakfast restaurant was sufficient in variety for me. I used the Chinese restaurant in the hotel one evening and the food served was very nice. The Hotel was able to organise a couple of trips for me to see the highlights of Langkawi. Both were very good and reasonably priced.
