United KingdomTown area is very quiet and boring. Not a lot of food choices around very difficult with children who don't eat local food. Not enough staff at front desk for a busy hotel I would only stay here for a very short period of time as nothing to do at night time.

MalaysiaI was waiting at one checking counter for the staff to complete the check in & return my identity card but the staff move to use the middle check in counter & just leave my identity card in front of middle check in counter so i have to walk to middle check in counter to collect my identity card. She didn’t even bother to courteously hand it back to me. Does she know this is an important document?!

SwitzerlandThe location is close to the ferry terminal but pretty far from all the other interesting sports in Langkawi. Be ready to use a lot of taxis. Furthermore, the cleaning in the rooms was sometimes a bit superficial, especially in the corners. The beds are very hard.
