It is located in the local area of the island away from the tourists locations but lucky us the island is small so you need about half an hour to get to the tourists area

The room was clean, all the facilities were available, the staff were helpfull and the view was great! Good for the money.

Nice hotel but bathrooms wasn't very good. The water level in the toilet seat was very high which was not good at all. But overall it was good.

In room dining didnt answer the phone.

The room and bathroom was very clean. Bath amenities scent felt nostalgic. Hot water pressure and temperature did not fail even after 20 min of shower. Overall exceptional

Town area is very quiet and boring. Not a lot of food choices around very difficult with children who don't eat local food. Not enough staff at front desk for a busy hotel I would only stay here for a very short period of time as nothing to do at night time.

I was waiting at one checking counter for the staff to complete the check in & return my identity card but the staff move to use the middle check in counter & just leave my identity card in front of middle check in counter so i have to walk to middle check in counter to collect my identity card. She didn’t even bother to courteously hand it back to me. Does she know this is an important document?!

I was given high floor room as requested. Pillows are soft & comfortable. Alun Alun Spa is reasonably priced & good service

The location is close to the ferry terminal but pretty far from all the other interesting sports in Langkawi. Be ready to use a lot of taxis. Furthermore, the cleaning in the rooms was sometimes a bit superficial, especially in the corners. The beds are very hard.

There was nothing to Not like.

Right in the City Center..walkable to duty free and lot more shops...just loved the hotel location....Would recommend others to book this Hotel.
