SingaporeSome parts of the hotel looked like it has not had any renovation or re-painting done for some years.
Room size large and comfortable. Bathroom too has ample space with long bath. Wifi was strong. Although I did not use the gym, I went to have a look, and it was well stocked with equipment for a great physical workout. Good hotel location with many foodstalls nearby aand duty free shops. Registration staff wwere kind enough to allow early check-in at 1.30pm and alss upgraded my room to on with a sea view and relatively high floor to enjoy the views.

United KingdomBed was a little hard but coming from the Uk all beds in asia will be too hard so can’t be helped. Window fittings loose and window didn’t shut entirely. Bathroom needs upgrading more a 3 star bathroom then 4.
Room was massive, nice pool, close to Jeti and close to restaurants/shops. Staff were friendly. Aircon was very good and nice views from the 14th floor.

United KingdomA bit of confusion with what was and wasn’t available with with restaurants, entertainment. Staff in restaurant a little rude, but reception & concierge fantastic! Rest of hotel maybe needs a little updating to match the rooms. Food & drink in hotel 3x more expensive than elsewhere
Room and spa - amazing! Rooms are huge and comfortable & clean. Daily housekeeping. Good selection for breakfast. Swimming pool is lovely too.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room to a seaview without my request. So, genuine and customer oriented. Would definitely stay here in my next visit and recommend to my family and friends.
