There's hot water outside of room, mug in room and we brought our 3in1 but no spoon. surprisingly a Dead town on Sunday morning, no eating place within walking distance for bfast. Price on booking.com is also the same as the rack rate so might as well u book direct.
Room is clean, spacious with beautiful sunset view and location is in the middle of Lumut waterfront. We upgrade ourself to room facing the sea on ground floor and the staff is friendly enuff to let us view d room first before confirming.

MalaysiaAside from the location, everything in this hotel deserves an EXTREMELY POOR rating! We understand more now why they just have this 2 stars rating in booking.com.They deserve less! A holiday which is aimed to be a relaxation time for a family turned out to be a nightmare as 1 they let us experience their "scammed like service"! I explained everything on my other comment for the other room booked on the same day. Be EXTRA CAREFUL upon check in, take photos or videos of all what's inside their room everytime you go out and comeback of the room as much as possible as they will accuse for something lost so they will not gonna give back your deposit like what they have done to us. Accusing us a lost of their 2 ITCHY towels which infact they didn't replace after their unpermitted housekeeping. We didn't even complain for the noise around and other unpleasant things like their itchy bed and the other flaws that some or most of their guests rated as we know we get what we paid for, but being cheated is such an injustice to the tourists like us who just wanted to enjoy the holiday but experienced such a disgrace from their unprofessional service, from the staffs up to their RUDE superior who hanged up the phone while im still explaining trying to reach out and come up for a solution.

FranceThe Experience in this hotel! WORST HOTEL ever! From the staffs to the manager or owner! Just a piece of advice to the guests planning to book in this hotel, BE EXTRA CAREFUL!!! Firstly of your personal belongings as the housekeeping will automatically enter to your room with or without asking guest's approval once you leave your room to do their housekeeping and secondly, check well all the things inside the rooms. (Take photos or videos of the details inside the room if you can), for your own security, speaking based on our personal experience! They didn't give our deposit back because of their "accused lost 2 towels" that they didn't provide after an unauthorized housekeeping! We took 2 rooms. 1st room ( for couple) and 2nd room ( for 3 persons which belonged to my sister and my 2 minor children). After going to the beach, we were surprised as they did the housekeeping when we came back without asking us.And i just realized upon our checkout, that they just provided 1 new towel as a replacement to the 3 used towels on the 2nd room. And because it is the firstime for my sister and my children to travel abroad, they didn't complain why the housekeeping replaced only 1 towel instead of 3 towels for 3 persons and as my sister and my children didn't want to disturb the hotel staffs, they just didn't complain about it and just decided to use their own personal towels instead. But it was a big shock for us that they didn't gave back our deposit because of their so called "lost towels"! We tried to reach out to their superior through a phonecall to explain our side and to come up for a solution, but while discussing the incident to that person on the phone whom the staff contacted (their superior or owner, not sure who was on the phone really) she RUDELY hanged up the phone while i am still explaining. We even asked the staffs to check all our luggage but they didn't want to do it!
