It’s not soundproof. You could hear people walking in the corridor with the squeaky sound of their slippers.

It’s a good enough place to have a rest and freshen up a bit before a long flight.

We took early morning flight from Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur & decided to book Capsule Transit while waiting for our next flight, which is 7 hours layover. We couldn’t wait to take some rest & sleep. However, only 1 staff is available during our check-in. We kept on getting cut as there are other 2 customers that is about to check-out. We were first from these 2 at the counter. In addition to that, I made booking through this platform and I couldn’t understand why I need to fill in personal information again, can they just retrieve from this Booking.com? Anyway, place is nice but perhaps make it easier for guests to check-in.

Comfortable bed & very great shower area. The bathroom smells flowery with nice shower gel & shampoo.

The check-in process was a bit weird. I had booked my room but open going to the front desk they said they could not honour my booking saying they were full, but after a bit I just did get my room with no additional costs or anything.

Very clean, provides eye masks, slippers, ear plugs. Very easy to find the capsule hotel and they had luggage storage for my two bigger suitcases. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I left my belongings in the goody bag they provided. After 3 days of travel, i tried my luck to ask if they are still keeping for me, surprisingly all back to me. They said they keep for 2 weeks. Thanks.

If your neighbors are going to be loud and inconsiderate then you may be a little disturbed but overall I did not wake up to much noise. I don’t like that you can’t lock the capsule.

Capsule Transit was a great surprise. It was clean and they provide you great amenities to use during your stay. I booked for 12 hours and I was able to get a good, comfortable sleep for 7 hours. The capsule is equipped with a mirror, a usb port and a type c port making it perfect to charge your devices. Extra bonus they supply you with slippers, two pillows, a sleep mask, a toothbrush, a towel and ear plugs.

Firstly, The locker place, luggage desk, is a little bit high. Because I have a 25kg luggage, the luggage place it’s so high, And there’s no ground for luggage to open. I have to lift the luggage to the desk. Secondly, The app booking.com price is higher than local price. The price will add the extra $10 for tourists and Tax fee, final price is much higher than front desk.

The aircond is probably not cool enough for some people but for me I had a comfortable sleep with their default aircond temperature (you cannot control the aircond temp, at least for the single capsule type)

Great place to rest while waiting for hours long flight transit as you don't need to get out from the airport to stay here. They provided towels & slippers for toilet usage so you don't need to use your own towels/slippers. Good place to take a quick nap & shower before going to your next flight.
