Capsule was super clean and comfortable. I loved the fold down table and mirror. Bathrooms were mostly clean.

The storage lockers can be tricky to use especially if you have heavy luggage. If you were assigned an upper level locker and you can't lift heavy weight, you may have trouble putting the luggage in.

The location is nice when you have to catch early flights! I wish such affordable accommodation is available in every major airport! KLIA 2 also has a lot of food options.

I didn't try the facilities provided so it's not fair to say more here.

I simply needed a bed for the night as my flight was just the next day, shortly after noon. Travelling to an accommodation away from the airport is insensible. Plus, the service staff is friendly and professional in the manner of checking me in.

Quite noisy and the bathrooms were broken and not very clean. The design is a but of a maze and many people we’re getting lost! A bit expensive for what you get!

Some neighbours came in late night and left early morning were noisy. What can you do? Can do regulator rounds to tell them or remind people at the counter. Or put bigger signboards.

Not as good as the airside. Much prefer the airside pod. In terms of the capsule itself, the noise from outside was manageable with ear plugs, the aircon wasn't cold enough, not enough storage in the pod itself. The annoying key access requirement to power up the pod and lack of ability to lock your pod.

Although the capsule had good ventilation, it is not the place for you if you are claustrophobic in small enclosed spaces. No breakfast other than tea and coffee was provided.

Terminal 2 location was a bus ride from T1 since we landed and departed from T1. Good food place around the terminal to eat. Basic clean facility provided for sleeping, showering and storage.

It's the cheapest in the airport but still pretty expensive for Malaysia - but yeah, it's in the airport.

Its located in KLIA2, so super convenient for the long layover we had. The facilities are well maintained and modern. Towels, toothbrush and -paste, water and slippers. It was really quiet, so we got some good hours of sleep. Perfect for a stay of a few hours.

It's a bit far to get too as you need to clear immigration and it's also a bit noisy.

Thin walls and therefore easily some noise, but overall it was nicely quiet during the night.

Clean sleeping area, comfortable beds. Family capsule has a door and narriw standing area. Smooth check in and out. Storage for luggages. Good alternative for short overnight stay between flights.

Where I slept was a bit noisy with people constantly in and out. You could probably request an extra quiet place when checking in as the staff are nice they would probably try to cater to you.

Perfect to lay your head in between flights, have a shower and get yourself in order.
