Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe found numerous baby cockroaches during our time at the apartment. The building next door was being fumigated so the problem is unlikely to be specific just to the accommodation and you have to allow for these things to some degree. We paid for the buffet breakfast (RM 29.90 per head including for our 5 year old). The waiter lead us to believe that the menu items came under the buffet but then when we tried to order we were informed that the very small buffet was all they offered so we felt conned. My husband asked for a refund which the declined. Other issues included the lifts which would regularly not stop at our floor. It took 10 minutes for a lift to arrive on our floor on check-out day and it was so packed only half of us could get in. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for a lift having given partner the pass to check-out I could even access the stairs because you needed the pass. The prices in the bar upstairs matched that of London so we only drank there once. We went to the pool a couple of time but it closed at lunchtime for cleaning which was frustrating. It was also quite small and busy at night with couples. The location wasn't bad as it was near the KL tower and eco forest but there are better locations in my opinion.
The location was very central and close to the KL Tower but it was around 15mins walk from the buzzing Bukit Bintang area where there are loads of shops and eateries.

United KingdomThe lifts were VERY slow. We were waiting for 15 minutes for a lift to arrive. Some of the staff were a bit inattentive, like when we reported a leak in the ceiling and they said someone would sort it tomorrow. The leak wasn't really their fault but we were in a different room each night of our stay as they moved us to free ones. Overall, the hotel was really nice, but we were just a bit unlucky.
Rooms had great view of KL. Beds comfy with lights beside. Little kitchen was nice even though we didn't use. Shop downstairs had the basics. Most of the staff were super helpful.

FranceRoom was generally clean but there were some dirty areas (like mold on the fan and toilet seat with spots) There is no wall, glass or curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom (which is nice and big!), so after using it the water was everywhere. The air condition wasn't working well.
Nice spacious room with a great view to the city. The building has lots of facilities like pocket gardens, gym, bar, optional breakfast buffet and a little shop with first necessities next to the reception. It is nicely located - main city highlights are in walking distance (like 15-20 min away if you are not afraid of walking). Night food market and bar street are nearby too.

FinlandThe windows were leaking during a rain storm and there were ants in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was great.
I stayed on the 35th floor, so the view was amazing. I really loved the daybed by the window in the room. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were lovely. The pocket gardens & rooftop & pool were nice, I really enjoyed spending time there. Location was ok, bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant & shops, however there is a mini market in the premises.

GermanyWe recently spent four nights at this apartment hotel, and while the stay in the city itself was enjoyable, the hotel experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, it became immediately apparent that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors and windows were visibly dirty, and there was dried, caked-on dust in various corners of the room. The bedding, towels, and even the mattress cover on the window bench were stained, which was particularly off-putting. Additionally, the toilet seat was chipped in several areas, giving it an unclean and neglected appearance. It was clear that the apartment had not been subjected to a thorough cleaning in quite some time. The noise levels within the property were another significant drawback, as the apartment was poorly soundproofed, making it difficult to enjoy a restful night. The air conditioning unit, though functional, was outdated and struggled to perform effectively in the tropical climate. Having read similar reviews from other guests, it seems our experience was not an isolated incident. While the hotel’s management frequently responds with assurances that these issues are being addressed, we saw no tangible evidence of improvement during our stay. Despite the good location and city experience, we cannot recommend this property in its current state.
On a positive note, the view from the 11th floor was spectacular, offering a stunning perspective of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, providing convenient access to the city. The Grab pickup point directly in front of the building was particularly helpful and made getting around effortless. Additionally, the building’s exterior gives a good first impression.

ItalyThe building accommodates a large number of guests, so it can feel crowded at times, especially when waiting for the elevators. The room was decent, but a few small improvements could make the stay even better.
The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur. The staff at the front desk are always available and very helpful. The common areas, especially the pool and gardens on the top floors, are fantastic, offering a beautiful view of the Petronas Towers that adds a special touch to the experience.

RussiaSmell of the toilets from the pipes (not in just one room but in general), no hooks for the towels, no door between toilet and shower, which makes the whole floor wet all the time, Bad elevators (not enough of them and sometimes you have to wait for more than 5 min)

NetherlandsI had a room facing one of the storage rooms, and closing was very loud every time, so I had to sleep with earplugs. The elevators have a little system bug it seems and make you wait unnecessarily long, even though they pass the level you're. Bed wasn't very comfortable.
Room was very spacious and clean. Pool was great, even though the chairs were limited, I found a space every time I went swimming. One time there were no towels however.

United KingdomCould do with more sunbeds around the pool area, I think there was only 6 beds there during our stay, also a mop in the bathroom or something to help get rid of the water in the bathroom after showering.
The location of the property was amazing, 5 minute walk to the main street which leads onto more attractions and a 10 min walk from the train station. The view from the room and from the pool are great and you can also leave your luggage at the check in desk for a small fee, which we found really helpful. The apartment is small but comfortable and the bed and pillows are super comfy, we also liked the simplicity of the checkin/our process.

RomaniaThe most frustrating part of our stay was the lack of basic housekeeping. During the 4 days we stayed, no one came to clean the room or change the towels. We were provided with only 2 towels for two adults and a single roll of toilet paper. On the second day, we expected fresh towels since the ones we had were wet, but no one came. We tried drying them in the room but it didn’t help. I asked someone in the hallway for towels and toilet paper, but they said they worked for a different company and advised me to go to reception. I had to go down from the 27th floor (with very slow elevators and long wait times) to ask for these items. The receptionist was visibly annoyed and handed me a roll of toilet paper from under the counter in a dismissive manner. When I asked about the towels, she said someone would bring them, but no one ever did. I had to carry the toilet paper back up to the 27th floor, waiting in line for the elevator with the roll in hand—quite an amusing experience, to say the least. Overall, the lack of basic service was disappointing.

FinlandPoor kitchen facilities.
Amazing view from pool, big rooms, wonderful city view from window, very quiet, air conditioning was helpful, good water in shower, friendly staffs, very safe, walking distance to city attractions. Only it should note that you need to have Grab App for taxi, from/to airport that is cheaper, reliable, and fast than public transportation and around city too.

ItalyThe hotel is a bit of a walking distance from the city center, which might be challenging for families with infants. The room matches the pictures, but the cleanliness may not meet expectations. Items like sofa covers and other furnishings are not as fresh or clean as one might hope, likely due to frequent use. It's also a very busy hotel with a lot of guests, so be prepared for a bustling atmosphere
The hotel is in a quiet location with no noise, which is a plus point. It has a rooftop pool that is nice and not crowded, allowing you to relax and enjoy . The staff does not have good English skills, so they tend to avoid discussions with guests, which I did not appreciate. At the very least, they could welcome guests with a smile

KenyaThey only provided one amenity kit. With the design of the bathroom, the water gets everywhere when you shower.
You get what you pay for, the rooms were just okay. The rooftop pool had a beautiful view though. They also had luggage storage which was helpful for us when we checked out and didn't want to move about with the bags.

PolandNot equipped well. Not quiet. Not perfectly clean. You'd think from the description that the kitchen would be equipped. 2 mugs, 2 plates, 2 bowls, some cutlery. Not even drinking and wine glasses. Paper-thin wall with neighboring apartment means you can hear all conversations next door. Spiderweb in the shower niche.
You may get a different room, mine was on the 29th floor with a nice view onto the KL Tower. Pool on the 37th floor had even a better panoramic view.
