It’s perfectly situated, making it easy to get around the city. But what truly captivated me was the spectacular view of the Petronas Towers and KL Tower, visible right from the room. It’s a real treat, especially at night when the city lights up. The staff was welcoming, and the service met all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy an exceptional setting.

The room had some little bugs in & the window area needs a repaint / some work. The lift takes absolutely ages to come. The room didn’t have any plates or bowls only cutlery and mugs.

Amazing view, pool was lovely, good bar by the pool and even had a shop on the bottom floor.

The waiting period for the lift especially during check out was very late, had to wait too long to extend it didn't stop at my floor although it was 15 mins, I finally decided to go up and proceed to G floor. The swimming pool doesn't look has water circulation and the water in the pool looks slightly dark.

I like the room's cleanliness and was very comfortable with my toddler.

However, I did encounter some issues that need attention. There were bugs throughout the room, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the toilet was not as clean as I would have expected, and some of the fixtures could use replacing. The sheets had noticeable stains, and I felt the shower setup could be improved — a walk-in shower would be more convenient than the fixed overhead one currently installed.

I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The infinity pool was a standout feature, offering stunning views, and the room was spacious with a lovely view. The garden on the 39th floor added a unique and serene touch to the whole experience.

There are ants in the room, but I think it is not avoidable since it is like an apartment building and people cooked in the room.

Great location, with 12 minutes walk to the public transport station. Great room with a small kitchen, which allowed us to cook a bit for the morning. The swimming pool on the top floor is great. I love it the most.

Conveniently located hotel with most attractions in central KL within walking distance. Spacious and clean room with great view and amazing swimming pool on the top floor. Also convenience shop on the ground floor. Great value for money in KL.

Paid to check in early when arrived, staff were not overly helpful but did get our room early in the end.

Brilliant room as shown in pictures, clean and modern with view of the city. Pool area is very nice. Breakfast at hotel is convenient and decent choice. Over-all would definitely recommend & no major faults!

The studio is equiped with a kitchen, but no kitchen supplies are provided (cutlery, glasses, ...). So you can't really use it. The mattresses were quite hard. Also we had the feeling that the staff was not looking for solutions to the problems we met.

Location is good and the hotel looks really nice and has nice views. The swimming pool is a nice asset.

Limited seating at the pool. We were told that we needed to be bar patrons to sit at the tables and chairs as there are only a few cots and they were all taken. They also charge a fee to store luggage, which was surprising.

The room was huge with a nice view out the window. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The pool really puts the cherry on top for this hotel, the infinity edge overlooks the city skyline.

The room may have been accidentally missed by the assigned cleaning staff or maybe the previous guest did not leave the room by the appointed check-out time and the cleaning staff could not get it to clean before their shift was over. If that happened, then the cleaning staff was negligent in not letting the manager know that the room hadn't been clean and shouldn't be rented out until that cleaning was done . The window and the cabinet have lots of dust. Second night before check out the aircon is leaking at around 3 am.

Awesome hotel in central KL! I was lucky to have a room on the 33rd floor with stunning views of the Petronas Towers and KL Tower! It was an incredible sight to wake up to. The lovely overflowing pool and beautiful gardens on different floors create a relaxing atmosphere. I wish there was daily room service, but overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Not sure if it was stated on the booking page, but we wish we had learned in advance that there was no cleaning service. Also had to walk a bit to get to the nearest Metro station

The room looked nice in the photos, but we were blown away by the real thing -- we could have lived there for good! Facilities were also great - made good use of the gym and pool. The restaurant served good food and there was also a convenience store on the ground floor.
