Smelly room, found small cockroach in the night.

Not all the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. I had booked 3 rooms for us and our parents, and one room was smelly and not very clean. All the three rooms were in three different floors, without any access of each other’s floor.

I recently had a delightful stay with our family at this hotel. We especially enjoyed the garden view from the 39th floor and the overall facilities. The location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Access card sometimes not functioning. Bed got sounds when lying on it, please fix it.

There's a small place with cushion and pillows to chill next to the window.

Room is clean and has a nice city view. The staffs there are friendly too. Of course the most valuable thing is the pool view that u can enjoy urself well with admiring the KL tower and Petronas Twin Tower in same time！

The bathroom floor is too slippery as when shower the soap water tends to overflow out to toilet bowl side.

The toilet wasn't clean enough and the bed made noise with every movement.

We had an amazing view of the twin's tower and the location was quite good. Near to food market, train and KLCC

- the placement of the head shower in the center as it wet all over the floor. It would be great if they use the hand held shower head - it would be great if they have necessities such as hair dryer - waiting for the lift was a bit slow and traffic when there’s a-lot of people

- like the view from 39th floor during day and night. Good for ootd place - the swimming pool was also nice with the view - like the interior design on the rooftop and reception - has a convenient store at the lobby

The laminated tile of the room has cracked. The apartment management is unable to give extra blankets.

Location of property is good, within 5-10 mins drive. The infinity pool and the garden deck to take pictures is beautiful. Check in & check out is fast. There’s a minimart in the estate itself. The apartment has a homey vibe. The front desk was able to replace the bidet spray. There’s a few “hangout places” in the building.

There were no facilities like a water bottle, toothpaste, or tooth brushes. Plus there were some items unavailable like face towel and bath mat; I really don't care about these items but they mentioned in their list that if these things were lost I will be charged so I have to inform the management that it wasn't present in the first place. Plus the location is quite off as there were no close shops around it. One has to walk around at least 1-2 km to get something. In addition, they didn't tell us about the pool before booking that it is closed and will remain close till our stay so that was a bummer.

The room was big enough and had quite a view. Lighting was good.

Large, clean room with plenty of space for me and my two friends. The pool bar has an amazing view of the skyline so absolutely worth going up there. Good spot, 10 minute walk from Changkat Bukit Bintang.

Kitchen tap was broken, had water go everywhere ..but was fixed next day, and there was a lot of tiny cockroaches everywhere, food and drinks at restaurant near pool is very expensive ..but you are paying for the view!

The water in the kitchen was turned off. We turned it on but realised after a few hours there was a leak. Every time we needed to fill up water bottles we had to turn it on and off. A member of staff came when we first arrived to ask is our aircon was leaking - mixed messages maybe?

Cleanliness in the bathroom need to be improved. Toilet seat was dirty and also on the floor of the shower there were some white stains.

We stayed for 1 night, arrived late at night, but check-in went very quickly. Our room was modern with nice view. Bed, pillows were comfortable. There is a fantastic pool almost on the top of the building.

The check out time is too early at 11 am the latest. We collected our key at about 9 pm, then heading for dinner and check in only after 1 am. We asked for extension until 12 noon to check out but was told that we have to pay for additional hour. This property is not accommodating at all ☹️☹️☹️

The hotel is located next to the KL tower and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room offered an amazing view on the tower and the city. We will use the same place again for our next stay.

I think your suite lack one REASONABLE PRICE CAFE to facilitate the lodger.

We feel very comfortable with all yr in-room facilities,especially the sky pool very beautiful .Yr reception was very efficient n friendly. 👍
