The sea view is quite far from the apartment. There is only one elevator. Parking is quite limited

I like the beach that is close and clean. the apartment is all ok and clean. wifi is good. Can cook. The host is good.

There is almost nothing bad during our stay except for: 1. I think past vacationers must have swipe the forks and spoons. Since the location is very near kk mart and a few minutes drive to econsave, we bought and left some spoon and fork. 2. Owh! the lift goes to down to level G only. You will need to use the stairs to the pool side. For someone like me, on a walking cane...it's a challenge. I had a good time anyhow. Thank you and kudos to the owner. Your the best!

The apartment was very neat and clean. It's a 50mtrs walk to the beach. 5 min drive to Cape Riccardo. Convenient as KK Mart is just 500 mtrs away, and very very near the teluk kemang town. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The lift to the apartment and the wheelchair walkway were a god sent; as i was on a walking cane. All rooms and hall had warm lights, cozy especially during rainy nights. The owner provided cooking utensils and a induction cooker with hob...it's great for a sudden need for a quick meal/instant noodle. I believe the owner took extra care to provide the convenience for us. And we had a great time staying there.

Toilet seat can be improve, limited tv channels, provide sugar/salt and to improve security to prevent outsiders from accessing the swiming pool.

Not much hot water in the shower and no hand held shower.

It was on the 2nd floor, need to walk a bit to access the beach, but beach is nearby. Pool is also large and good. Place is clean.

The 2nd room does not have any wardrobe nor additional spaces for cloth, unlike the master bedroom. So very tight spaces /room despite it can accommodate 3 adults with the 1 Queen size bed and 1 single size bed. The Astro NJOI for the TV doesnt work, and power extension at the TV is already full as it is when using the Phillips DVD Player...have to pull out the plug for the DVD Player to try power up the NJOI, which found to be faulty. So can only watch DVD using the DVD player. Owner should fix the NJOI and provide new power point extension for safety with sufficient/additional power point enough to cater for both the Astro NJOI and DVD Player (without the need to pull out the plug for any of this), since the same power point is used for the WiFi modem it is dangerous to actually touching this.

Location was nice and direct access to the beach which is awesome. The unit come with 2 room. First is the master with 1 Queen size bed, and another room with 1 Queen Size Bed and 1 Single size Bed. The master bedroom have attached bathroom with wardrobe and table/chair. Easy check-in process. Swimming pool was also reasonable, pretty big to accommodate high number of visitors during weekends and the condo also close to many places including restaurants. Very clean apartment with view to pool and the beach, and provided towels as well.
