1. The apartment was different from the one we were booking. When we told the hosts about it, they said all other apartments were booked, so that was the only unit available. We were counting on the one we saw in the photos. 2. It was really noisy because of the traffic. We couldn't sleep well. The balcony door didn't close properly, so it let more noise into the bedroom. The door was fixed. 3. We wanted to check out on the first day and tried to get a refund. Homebrikz doesn't provide a refund at all and they told me to go to Booking. And after the conversation with Booking, they said it was up to Homebrikz. As a result, Homebrikz wasted our time. 4. Not all facilities were available. The yoga room on the 8th floor was locked. All facilities on the top floors were locked too, except for Sky Lounges.

The property was on the 32nd floor with a great view. The facilities in the building were good. The mall with IKEA was a 5-7 minutes walk from the building.

Continew is a new condo not far from city center. It has nice swiming pool with area for children. Apartments contains everything for self-cooking and family life. Everything is clean and cozy. There is a local market with products and small stores nearby.

Management is bad, pool is giod, room soso good, litlle noisi, smelly... . KL can give you better hotels. This is not a reali hotel, just mutcs appartman and studio without service.

Checking in was quite difficult and frustrating, Arrived at the property at 3pm to check in, but the host informed us to wait in the lobby as the cleaner was still cleaning the apartment, we had to wait in the lobby for one hour with all our luggage and little kids. There weren`t enough toilet papers. Hot water did not work well in the shared bathroom. Taken a RM300 security deposit when checking in, but I wasn`t given a receipt for that. I had to call the host about 10 times requesting a receipt and to remind them about that, that was a bit annoying.

The apartment was fantastic, very clean and tidy. Beds were very clean and comfy, facilities were outstanding. The infinity pool was very very nice.

1.Unable to watch TV. Staff are not so responsive when ask about the TV connection. 2. No mirror in the house except in the bathroom. It will be great if there is a mirror in each room. 3.Parking provided only for 1 vehicle. Need to park extra vehicle opposite the residence (in front of kk mart).

Do not book with Homebrickz if you have any kind of standards. - bathroom stank when we arrived and was only (barely) cleaned two day later - there’s mold in the wardrobe - items of former tenant were still in the apartment - ants everywhere - the cheap microfiber bed linen smelt moldy - shower drain caked in grime and smelly, water didn’t drain - thick layers of dust on the vents and ceiling fan (probably not cleaned in years) - the apartment is directly connected to another apartment, only separated by a wooden door. You will hear every single sound, even normal conversation, that your neighbors make, at any time of the day. I cannot stress enough just how much you will hate this - there’s a mosque and highway directly outside the balcony - the kitchen is an overall joke. Everything reminds you more of a child’s toys than actual items you would want to use - plastic dishes - blunt kitchen knives - host refused to provide normal (butter) knives - no cooking basics - even though one of the two spots on the stove is induction none of the utensils support it, meaning you’ll cook on one spot only - only a single (electronic) key is provided. If you’re a couple that has different schedules this will suck - no key for the parking lot and guards will refuse entry even if the car is registered through the host (never worked) Homebrickz has no idea how to host people. They do the bare minimum to make their apartments somewhat livable but it’s an overall joke. We feel scammed, especially in face of all the other hosts we’ve had in Malaysia. The building and location itself isn’t that good either, we’ve had better stays in KL at places like Ceylonz, Lucentia and UNA. These places are also much more conveniently located when it comes to grocery shopping and eating out.

Compared to other stays, there's nothing to like about this place. I refer you to the list of things we did not like below, including tips on where you should stay instead.

We booked room for 2 nights. Upon arrival we got to know that the room didnt have hot water working. So after that the management told us that they would have another room ready for us the next day. The whole purpose of booking with them was the view from the room but the other room, next day, was on 8th floor rather than on 35th floor as previous room. Totally pathetic service. The new room had a leaked tap in the washroom so all in all pretty bad and confusing experience.
