IndonesiaThe apartments, or at least the ones I was given this time and last, are a bit run down and definitely need some serious renovation.
Perfectly located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, close to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park. Public transport and convenience store around the corner. Street food vendors and restaurants also nearby and in the same building. 5 bonus stars for the room service guy.

United KingdomPool area was scruffy and did not look at all like the photographs with dead plants cracked tiles, mouldy. We did not use which was a shame as one of the reasons we chose this accomodation. Apartment windows very dirty.
Comfortable beds and large 3 bed apartment for 5. Staff friendly looked after our luggage for the day afterwards and also allowed us to use the gym showers in the evening before going to the airport.

For the past five years, Crown Regency has been my go-to haven, consistently delivering exceptional service and top-notch room facilities. But this time, they truly outdid themselves. I requested a special setup for my friend's birthday surprise, and the team, led by the ever-dedicated Herman, went above and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated, and they added thoughtful touches with chocolates and wine, transforming the moment into something unforgettable. It exceeded every expectation and made the celebration truly magical.

The staff are lovely, greeting you in the mornings, helping when needed. My husband hurt himself in the pool (his own fault) and the staff were very helpful! The rooms were well serviced.

Self-service laundry would be VERY HELPFUL to have back; laundry services have ruined my clothes in the past, and I need my stuff cleaned right then and there, not 3-5 days from now. Hot plate would be nice to have, when not wanting to do the restaurant experience every day.
No breakfast offered; restaurants had tasty food in a nice environment. Like the quick access to the Irish pub and the Indian restaurant from inside the lobby area.

MalaysiaThe basement carpark was dingy and old. Hopefully the property will have this upgraded when they finished their renovation works. The noise from bars/clubs nearby travelled up even to the higher floors.
The two-bedroom apartment/suite was newly renovated and was very comfortable - everything you'd ever need was in the unit. The l0cation close/walkable to eateries/bars and shopping. The check-in/check-out process was fairly quick and efficient.

The room is very spacious. And the location is 5 min walk from KLCC. There is monorail station within 5 min walk and you can take monorail to Bukit Bintang which is 2 stops away. The same monorail goes to KL Sentral so easy to take the KLIA Express to the airport.
