The apartments, or at least the ones I was given this time and last, are a bit run down and definitely need some serious renovation.

Perfectly located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, close to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park. Public transport and convenience store around the corner. Street food vendors and restaurants also nearby and in the same building. 5 bonus stars for the room service guy.

The wash room is not at all comfortable. The shower area is so tiny that you literally need to squeeze yourself to close the door. Could be better.

Pool area was scruffy and did not look at all like the photographs with dead plants cracked tiles, mouldy. We did not use which was a shame as one of the reasons we chose this accomodation. Apartment windows very dirty.

Comfortable beds and large 3 bed apartment for 5. Staff friendly looked after our luggage for the day afterwards and also allowed us to use the gym showers in the evening before going to the airport.

The only downside was the persistent dripping from the main pipe in the bathroom, which left the floor wet and damp throughout our stay.

I requested a special setup for my friend's birthday surprise, and the team, led by the ever-dedicated Herman, went above and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated, and they added thoughtful touches with chocolates and wine, transforming the moment into something unforgettable. Our first room wasn’t what we booked for bedding wise but the awesome staff showed us another room that was perfect. The staff are lovely, greeting you in the mornings, helping when needed. My husband hurt himself in the pool (his own fault) and the staff were very helpful! The rooms were well serviced.

Excellent location. Major attractions are within 1km radius. Twin tower is in walkable distance. Lot of restaurants, Pub, Bar are in same road only.

Wish I knew more about the spa and pool areas up front; did my own roaming around to find them. Self-service laundry would be VERY HELPFUL to have back; laundry services have ruined my clothes in the past, and I need my stuff cleaned right then and there, not 3-5 days from now. Hot plate would be nice to have, when not wanting to do the restaurant experience every day.

No breakfast offered; restaurants had tasty food in a nice environment. Like the quick access to the Irish pub and the Indian restaurant from inside the lobby area.

The basement carpark was dingy and old. Hopefully the property will have this upgraded when they finished their renovation works. The noise from bars/clubs nearby travelled up even to the higher floors.

The two-bedroom apartment/suite was newly renovated and was very comfortable - everything you'd ever need was in the unit. The l0cation close/walkable to eateries/bars and shopping. The check-in/check-out process was fairly quick and efficient.

The Premier Suite was a bit run down and definitely in need of some refurbishment, but for the price and the top location, it was perfectly acceptable.

The parking area is very poor spacing, limited space to drive through. I have to reverse my car multiple times just to pass through the entry. But it's ok because the parking is free, if i have to pay for it i might be very angry 😅

The renovation work was going on and it was difficult to get into the building. But I did not hear any noise at night . So it is OK .

The room is very spacious. And the location is 5 min walk from KLCC. There is monorail station within 5 min walk and you can take monorail to Bukit Bintang which is 2 stops away. The same monorail goes to KL Sentral so easy to take the KLIA Express to the airport.

Facilities are very old and dirty. Our carpet had someone’s hair and towels were yellow not white. There was burn hole in the carpet. It’s a very very old hotel without any renovations or upgrades.
