SingaporeABIT confusing for first timer .. There is a funky smell from the master bedroom ensuite toilet, which not sure came.from where, but totally no smell from the common toilet..suspect is the window opening that exposed the room to the sewage pipes..
The location is perfect...the completeness of the facilities, towels/toiletries..and of course .the price.. Appreciate the staff in helping literally replacing the whole TV at night, cos we checked in only at 9, informed about the TV which is not working, and the 2 gentlemen came to check and replaced it at almost 11pm... Really kudos to them

PhilippinesI highly suggest that management change pillowsheet and bedsheet to maintain hygiene of the property. We book three rooms. First room, my child was complaining as her pillow and bed sheets were smelly and have plenty of hairs probably from previous customer. The smell from the drainage was also too strong it reach the rooms. Second room there were chips also from previous customer. And likewise for the third room.
The location was perfect about 5-10 minutes walk from legoland. The staff were friendly, he waited us patiently when we checked in at 8:30 in the evening. They also allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time.

MalaysiaThe bathroom in the master bedroom was extremely smelly. Same problem with previous stay in another apartment. Something should be done about it. The living room aircond was spoilt and the repairman can only fix at his convenience time which in the end it was not fixed during our stay.
Close proximity to Legoland. Good size 2 bedroom apartment and fully equipped with appliances. Responsive staff.

Flat is nice to stay for short period, balcony view is nice...shops are near like 7 eleven, 24hrs, Medini mall, and legoland is walking distance. but drinking water is issue, No water filter. Miss that.

MalaysiaThe sofa was dirty, can see spots on it. The extra blanket for the sofa bed left a lot of lints onto our clothes. There were dust all around - under the bed, under the sofa, it got blown out from under the bed during our stay. Became very dusty. The Aircond was on and off at the living room. The extra pillow was yellowy, didn’t use it cuz it’s not very clean.
It is a decent size for a family of 3. The utensils provided were sufficient. The location was close enough to legoland but the building parking is a little inconvenient having to climb all the way up to level 5.

SingaporeCleanliness. I wish the place was cleaner. Bathroom & beds had red ants. Would attribute this to tropical climate, yet would expect better cleanliness standards whilst on a family vacation. I appreciate the fact that the property manager responded quickly & changed the bedsheets.
Accessibility from LEGOLAND. Its just a 5 minutes easy walk to LEGOLAND. The condominium looks recent & its spacious.

SingaporeHad a small issue about the bidet and one of the lights in the room. Need to figure out the switches too cos we weren't sure which switch is for the aircon. One pool is still on reno so the other pool is situated quite a distance away.
The view was nice. Staff was accommodating when we requested for early check in. Ended up checking in at the usual timing bcos we thought it'll take longer so we went to a nearby supermarket to get snacks. Place was nice and comfortable. We slept well.
