We booked 2 apartments but both were on different floors and each access card can only go to own floor. Carpark to level 5 is a bit narrow for big MPVs to drive up.

10 minutes walk to Legoland. The apartment is equipped well and clean. Staff responded to us very quickly. We had one apartment with spoilt Aircond but it was fixed quickly.

Toilet light was faulty and the TGp staff helped to fix it. Toilet door in master room was also faulty (does not close fully) and we informed the helper who came but he didn’t do anything. Then, that evening when opening the door, the door completely came loose and fell down! They offered to fix it on the spot but it was alr close to 9pm and we had 2 young kids. Cockroaches were also spotted in the living room. Wifi was also not working and they had to fix it too.

Credit goes to Mr Ibrahim who served us with a good quality of customer service. Fast response. Very helpful to assist us extend the stay at the D’Pristine Apartment, though we requested a last minute extended of the room. The room is clean and comfortable. Aircon works good too. We will definitely recommend our family and friends to stay at D’Pristine Apartment in future. Thank you.

Uncleanliness, the unit was not cleaned at all in the first place. And I check out immediately just after 4hrs. Ask for full refund but booking.com unable to fulfil full refund .

water heater not working well. water tap was broken kitchen & toilet. very noisy at night, keep hearing lift ding dong ding dong. bed was not very comfortable. fan speed unadjustable. parking was too steep and narrow have to turn infinite rounds to reach level 5

We had to park on the 5th floor and the ramp up the carpark is very narrow. The water heater in one of the bathroom was not working and suggestion to let guests know where to throw the rubbish. In

The house was clean and comfortable. My family booked this place because it was near to Legoland, it's just a short walk to Legoland which was very convenient with kids. Nearby a mall where there' is food and supermarket. Check in was easy and they were very responsive. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay there.

Smelly rooms and bedding, water heater is not function, water tap is broken, only rain shower but no shower cap given, soap given is melted, sofa using a rough cover and not comfortable to sit. Dirty balcony and living room, no mug given. Spooky carpark levels and area, lift doors make scary sounds when it closing.

guest can only check in at 4pm. the whole apartment was not fully done. construction still on going. building was half done. cracks everywhere. especially the crack was worse near the lift area at level 15. the entire place was very dusty. ants were everywhere in the unit that we stayed. there were stains on the curtains, sofa and bed. the unit was very dusty too. the master bed room pipes were all leaking badly. the laundry area was very dirty and there was no any floor mat provided at that area. the pipe at the laundry area was also leaking.

i chose to stay here only because it was near to legoland

Parking is a challenge if need to use the round and round ramp to reach level 5 (required 10 rounds).

Definitely is value for money. Kitchen is complete. Beds and additional bed mattress also good. Windy, super windy. Quite a number of lift provided.

This is normal homestay , old apartment not luxury one so it is not worth with the price is too expensive. The photo in advert not same the real one. The apartment not that clean as expected and the price ( can see photo). We have to pay 200+ for the cleansing fee service fee but no one clean after per night stay. . toilet door also spoied can not lock, no fan remote at night can not sleep with the fan sound... With the price 600+ better I stay at Legoland hotel. I don't recommended this homestay.
