Check in/check out procedures. Since the property is using an authorized tag for the elevator, it is a bit confusing. When we park the car, we were unsure which building we are in. It is not specified in the check in manual instructions. We took the wrong elevator, and unable to go the specific floor. We end up having to walk to the next building with heavy luggage with us .. you can improve by include in the instructions from parking elevator inside the building.

The balcony is dusty. Also, after using the washing machine, there is dust stuck onto the washed clothings.

The entire apartment is tidy, well kept and clean. Also, there's microwave, airfryer, cooking wares, bowls and cups to allow simple cooking indoor. Theres' also a small play area with toys for kids to entertain themselves with. Best is the whole apartment is air-conditioned which makes the stay cozy and comfortable. Love that it is also very convenient and within walking distance to Legoland themepark and a supermarket opposite etc.. The place also got security guards on duty 24/7 which makes the entire stay feel safe and secure. Will definately recommend it to family with young kids as the entire place is family and kid friendly. And for me, will definately book this place again for my kids' next Legoland trip.

Pathway that going up to level 5 for car park is quite narrow.

responsive customer service through whatapps. The room is equipped with washing machine and complete cooking utilities that we can make our own meal and washing after waterpark. The bedroom is just nice for a family with 2 adults and 2 kids(double decker bed). Only one bathroom/toilet is available. Besides, the guard at main entrance is kind and helpful too. Overall, the stay is satisfied. Thanks for the host.

Beware (valid in August 2023): There's no ATM in the mall or elsewhere nearby. While most things can be paid by card, there was a Durian-Stand outside the mall which accepted cash only. However: Maybe there is an ATM. It's listed and people were pointing us in this direction, however the ATM looked abandoned and didn't have electricity. Not sure, maybe this thing will be revived at some stage.

Perfect location if you want to visit Legoland. Legoland's entry is literally across the street. 3 minutes to a 24-hours Supermarket (NOBLE) and Starbucks which is at the beginning of a small mall. Walking through the mall takes you to the entry of Legoland.

The mattress needs to be replace. Only 2 pillows per queen bed. Had issue with the key into my unit. 2 apartments with 1 entrance. This was mentioned only after paying and 3,4 hours before arrival. Lack of privacy and noise from the other apartment when the are at the common area. They need to be transparent with this.

Access card not working (to enter lobby and some lift require access card). Guard not so friendly and not willing to assist opening the door. Kitchen sink always clogged and water slow to drain. Some odd smell in toilet. Other than the above, it is still a pleasant stay.

Walking distance to legoland, which is very convenient. Room exactly as per picture shown. Friendly staffs, good follow up. Room is considered clean, there's lego toys for kids to play with. Equipped with water kettle, microwave, cooking ware, refrigerator and washing machine. Good value for money!
