MalaysiaDoes not have an elevator, so climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor could be a bit troublesome to the elderly. Cleanliness of room and toilet is passable but I do think a little bit more effort to spruce up the place would make customers more appreciative. Pillows could be better but the plus point was the towels provided were new.
It is a budget hotel and not really much to expect. But it is located at the end lot of a row of shophouses and has extra parking space at the adjacent lot (although is paid public parking). Nearby restaurant and shops mean that it is convenient to find cooked food or other stuff. Walking distance to the public bus terminal.

MalaysiaI expected any hotel especially with the OYO brand would have a non-smoking lobby area. When we arrive the lobby was reek of smoke smell. On the 2nd floor, we got a common area but the lighting was very dim and looked gloomy

The beds were comfy enough for a night stay. Room and bathroom were clean. Though the hotel does not provide breakfast, it is still okay as there is a Malay restaurant just beside the hotel. Hotel's location is good, near to Pantai Pasir Papan.

MalaysiaIt is a very basic hotel that for one night stay was bearable. Not much choice in area for better quality hotels. Bathroom was leaking water and beds hard. Towels were wet which stunned us! Keep expectations low! The week in Tioman made up for it !
Very close to Mersing Port facility which we needed as we had early ferry and we drove down from KL the night before.

SingaporeThe hotel was dirty. The bed had hair in it and there was mess all over the floor. There was a big bin filled with water in the bathroom and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Towels had stains on them. We were getting the ferry the next morning. It’s not even close enough to say it’s worth staying there.
