Breakfast was not very satisfyingly hot drinks that have been cold, food that lacks flavor and desserts that have been served are cold. Television in a room that cannot be paired with a smartphone and has no connection to the internet for interesting stories such as Netflix, YouTube and etc.

From the ambiences, interior designs, the coffee, the food everything was perfect. The receptionist (NACH/Najihah) was really kind, helpful and professional. Kudos to all the staff too. Friendly and professional.

Located just next to Central I-City Mall and within walking distance to the I-City theme park, this hotel is perfect for families on a leisure trip. I stayed here for my UiTM convocation, and it was incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute drive to UiTM’s campus. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient, family-friendly stay.

They charge quite an expensive price for children as young as 6 years old, where in fact children that age don't eat much, they're full with just a bowl of cereal and a piece of bread. The shower takes a bit time to heat up.

Many choices for the breakfast spread, and they were all delicious. Loved the fact that breakfast starts as early as 6am. Luqman (the staff at the reception) was very patient in handling our request for room upgrade.

The breakfast have wide variation. But suggest to come early, as around 8.30 will be come pack and you might need to queue. Come during school holiday, the hotel organize activity for kids like pizza class. We join the class and the staff is very helpful and patience teaching my autism niece. Overall pleasant stay at this hotel.

It was a nice place to stay but sadly the pool was full with kids shouting here shouting there and the floor was slippery and I almost fell.

Hospitality and service from staffs were great. There were clear signages to ensure we dont lose our way around the premises and to the i-city mall. The cookie handouts during check-in was definitely an added value to our stay experience.

front desk team very helpful ,check in was fast.i thought i need to wait after i change to the other room.it was a great stay at this hotel and i decided to extend for 1 more night at this hotel 😁

Wifi was seamless upon entering the room. Had to to wait like 10-15 minutes for my registration to go thru. The theme park opposite it was abit noisy even after it was closed. Some people were lighting up fireworks nearby.
