The room was abit old, some of the things was broken. And the most i unlike is the aircond, not stable sometime cold sometime Hot.

I’ve booked for 5 person on booking.com but the sofa bed was disgusting and old. So we end up paying for an extra bed for my child which comes with breakfast as well (can’t remove). So we end up paying for an extra headcount.

There’s no beach area. The bridge to the beach is under maintenance.

bakeries need to improve. if that is carpet floor in the room will be nice as when the upper floor pulling chair wont effected to below floor.

the room is very damp. I can smell a bad odour like a cloth that is not dry. I make a complaint to the reception but no action is taken to exchange the room.

service by the reception is good. got a free delicious cookies when check in.

There is no dressing table and proper wardrobe. The sofa bed is not very comfortable for sleeping and the pillow is rather soft. The breakfast are nearly the same everyday and some of the food quality could be improved.

Great location if you are happy to stay in the resort but a little inconvenient to go anywhere on the island. Also, getting hit with taxes on checking out was something we weren't expecting. Also, meals and drinks are very expensive as you expect at a resort.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff responded to all our requests. They even went over and above to help celebrate a special occasion for us. We had a great time with the kids in the pool and the beach nearby was good.

The bottle they use for drinking water. Sometime the cap will break and make it diificult to open. Better they change to screw type

The entry to the beach across was badly damaged & I spotted multiple people having trouble trying to climb through. It's only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt. This hotel must get this fixed.

So close to the great little Pub / Restaurant across the road. Maple on the front desk was amazing!

The à la carte dinner was disappointing.

I loved the spacious and comfortable room. The decoration was exactly as requested, adding a special touch to our stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices, making mornings even better!

Parking could have been FOC for hotel occupancies.

The breakfast options were great! It would satisfy both the locals and the foreigners. The hotel served a huge variety of fusion cuisines ensuring it's quality and taste. The dining area was both indoors and outdoors which was very well accommodated.

All the staff we met during our stay was cheerful and displayed a positive attitude. They provide helpful information on place where to do our shopping. Breakfast items were very good, especially roti prata, fish curry, and spaghetti, which hardly I have seen at other hotels. No hotel has given cookies when you are checking in except this hotel. It's worth paying to stay here. Seldom you meet GM at lobby area speaking to guest and extending a helpful hand.

Housekeeping needs to ensure more thorough cleaning and proper replenishment of bathroom supplies.

1. Room floor: On the 1st day we arrive, after check-in we go out to dinner, and when we come back we see the floor is wet. We contact the customer service, and their staff come to check and fix the air conditioning. After that, no more issue with the floor.2. Toilet bowl—low water pressure

My family and I enjoyed the stay at the Double Tree Hilton Penang Hotel. Kids love the welcome cookies, the pool, and the games station. Breakfast is also quite good, with a variety of foods. I also went to the spa and was treated to a best-service massage by staff named Anson. I take a 1-hour massage session, and it's worth it for the price I paid. We definitely will come back again.

THe bridge was closed for repair so crossing to go to the beach was a bit "authentic " ( crazy traffic, timing needed to be just right) I am sure it will open soon.

Location is good...opposite of the hotel is the beach. Room is nice and comfy.
