Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NorwayU have to pay 20 for the 48th floor pool, and 20 for 48th floor gym. It should be included as we already paid for acommodation. Also, location is shit. We walked 20 min to newrest mall for the grocerystore, or got grabs everywhere other than that.
Was very scared of bad reviews but it was great! Booked a family room with friends, got 16th floor with nice view. Very clean! Nice staff. Gym does the job and has a greaat view (48th floor) (but costs 20). Replied fast on messages (whatsapp) when we asked to borrow cooking pans etc, and got it delievered to our door.

MalaysiaThe parking spot was wayyy too expensive. Should’ve just include in the room rate. Deposit have to pay in cash is so irrelevant as for now people don’t carry much cash in their wallets. Luckily there’s an atm machine nearby.
The ambience, the room and bed were great.

United Kingdom-Our apartment was right behind the lift shaft and every time the lift was in operation it sounded like a plane was flying over our heads when we was in the room -The apartment had a kitchen with a hob however didn’t have any pans / cooking equipment ready, we got some from the reception in the end -The hot water runs out quickly and is not enough for a bath -Slightly disappointed that from December 2024 you have to pay separate for both the gym and then for the sky pool
The apartment was nice and clean, the cleaning boys came around daily and offered us fresh water, clean towels and toilet roll. The value for money was good and an all around nice apartment block The shop on the ground floor was handy and sold essentials

United KingdomAlthough the shower pressure was good, the water always went lukewarm then cold within 5 minutes. The location was slightly out and uber took around 20 to 25 minutes on average to reach wherever we wanted. Checkout is 11 am unlike other places which is usually 12 pm.
The staff were helpful. They check in process and check out was quick. There were 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom apartment which was handy. The ambience was peaceful and quiet for a good night's sleep after a long day! Shower pressure was good too.

MaltaNo breakfast available, and no good breakfast spots nearby. They will tell you there is a breakfast spot next to the hotel, but the security do not let you in if you are wearing shorts or sleeve-less. Receptionists were very helpful but very understaffed. Reception area was crowded everyday and took ages to be served. Housekeeping come to clean room between 4-7 pm, which is very strange, as that time is the time where people come to rest before the evening. Level 8 pool is a disaster, and not well maintained. Went in the morning and all the towels were finished, although no people were at the pool.
Very tall tower in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is a safe city with loads of things to do. The hotel was ok, infinity pool (on level 48) is the best thing it has. Room was ok, had poor lighting, but on the whole good.

SwedenNo reading lights for bed. Third bedroom with single bed didn’t have any window. Cold lamps/dull lights in upper bathroom. No one told about secret switch to get hot water. Low water pressure. Lobby was quite stylish but the staff was using ugly plastic chairs and had a lot of home made printout signs with a lot of ”rules”. Sometimes the lobby was out of lights and very dark. The place had a small food shop but the hotel missed a golden opportunity to serve some simple food and drink in the pool areas. Steam sauna was broken and there were no lights in the pool water. Apartment had slightly less decoration, textiles etc compared to photos. One chair was broken. No sense for fixing the last details was my impression - with a small effort to fix the above stated it would be a five star experience. But still very good as it was!
Great roof top pool and a very luxury apartment with a truly great view. Stylish kitchen (however not equipped for cooking). Quite good possibilities to create a good and cozy lightning (you need to experiment a bit with a number of switches to not ruin the view by reflections in windows). Easy to get a Grab (create account before arriving to Malaysia) to anywhere in the city (expect jam though)

Czech RepublicWe booked for 4 adults but there only were 3 beds, the sofa for the 4th person was not prepared and was extremely uncomfortable. The promoted infinity pool which is the attraction of the place is subject to payment - but cash only so you do not avoid getting local currency from ATM even if you only stay overnight.
Good location, lovely views from upper floors. Small market next to lobby. Fast check in and out.
