Both swimming pools need payment!! Haven’t been to a hotel/b&b where a fee is collected. The sky deck pool is RM30 per pax. It’s atrocious!! Parking is not provided. Extra charge of RM20 is needed.

1. Daily room service was available, but room wasn't cleaned. Towels were not replenished on a daily basis - had to request from the reception when needed (did not receive on the last day of my stay even after requesting) 2. No landline in the room to call reception for any services. 3. No shower curtain for privacy - bathroom was open to the rest of the room

Having to pay to use the rooftop pool it cost our family about $50 aud

We loved the pool on the 48th floor it was amazing. We stayed on the 27th floor and view was amazing.

I didn’t like that as a guest of this accommodation you have to pay for luggage deposit and pool access. Their staff could be more polite and less money hungry.

The location is far , at night nothing to do , even in the hotel i try to found a place to smoke inn all close at 9 pm , , location u need taxi for everything

Unfortunately they raised a rate on the pools but it wasn’t in the description and a lot of the poolareas are under construction during our stay as well as the sky bar.

We hat a stunning view on the Petronas Towers and it was very clean and comfortable! The ride (grap) to the city center was around 10-20 min. depending on the traffic

The sofa was broken even after they fixed it it's still broken I had to pay 30 daily for the pool and gym access So it wasn't for free No restaurant or breakfast in the facility

there was a bit of a misunderstanding about the swimming pool charges in the beginning as they tried to charge us after they had said that it would be free. We were unhappy as the charging rate was changed after our booking became non-refundable. However, management made it better by waiving those charges and offered us free car park which we really appreciated. They made it all worthwhile after this swimming charges issue happened. On the other hand, I think the air-conds in each room needs servicing as they were not cold at all, the only aricond that we felt was working well was in the living room,

The lady at the reception (hijabi wearing glasses), she's so polite and helpful. Loft room was very spacious. Amazing view of KLCC and the city. Overall, I would recommend to say at Expressionz with this company I-Host.

1) after successfully booking then only we know about the fee if want to use swimming pool. Inconvenience to pay the entrance fee because we need to go to the lobby first to purchase the ticket then only go to the swimming pool. 2) parking card sometimes take time for the sensor to detect.
