So clean and so many facilities.. Strategic place and nice staff.. Got place to swim.. Big and spacious room.. Got small store to buy snack and certain stuff.. Second time staying here gonna repeat again

They don't clean everyday, reception is not 24 hours, there is 24 hours of security workers but not reception.

Fortunately we just stay for one night so we cannot explore more.

All the rooms ()iving room, bedroom bathroom) have the good view, especially we like the hospitality of the staff at pool, Mr. Hezry. He was a nice and friendly guy showing us the magnificent of the view from the pool.

Unfortunately, our room was close to the elevator area, so it was noisy as we heard how it works at nights and mornings. Also, the water heater probably is not enough as when we tried to fill the tube, the water was cold. Would be nice if the roof pool closes at later time.

The room was large with new furniture. Stuff was kind and helpful. The view was to the park side, which is normal. Th bathroom was big and nice.

Only if extra tissue is provided then everything will be perfect. And, the internet connection is not so good. It has been disconnected few times.

not too sure maybe is the building thing, there were some strange smell when we enter the unit, which we need to open the window for ventilation. the elevator was very unusually slow, waited for a while before able to get in.

stayed a couple of times, love the location as it is close to the city. overall is good.

Payment RM20 for park in building are not reasonable.. I have to park outside near the main road..

I like everything.. The bed are comfy, the facilities are good..

A bit strange that but you can’t eat or drink (even n/a drinks) at the rooftop patio near the pool so it’s not comfortable to spend there a few hours.

Nice spacious room with a good view, comfy bed, good shower, really great that there was a washing machine in the room! Pretty satisfying for the price as the room is actually better than on pictures here. Rooftop pool and gym are accessible with a small fee (12myr) and the view is totally worth it, but if you don’t want to pay it then there’s a free pool at the 8th floor.

One sofa , suitable for 2 people.only in lounge shower head shot water everywhere and location was just a bit further out than expected.

Modern , aesthetically lovely, great views , nice bits and pieces in kitchen. 2 x bathrooms very nice squealy clean feel.

The position, it’s near to the city center, but not good to reach by walk

Please note that you need to prepare RM 300 cash for deposits, because there isn’t mentioned on the list in booking .com. There are many travelers didnt prepare many cash on their side and they don’t accept card for it, thats why there are many customers queue up for not having cash on. Although there is an ATM outside next building.

For better improvement on the following: 1. No in-house slipper. 2. Two bottles of toiletries but never labelled which one is shampoo and shower. 3. Missing Hair dryer. 4. Although it stated if want to use the sky roof top swimming pool must pay, i requested the guy at the entrance (glass door of 48th floor) to let me take a look before deciding whether to pay for the swim, but he strictly turn me down. Stating must produce pink coupon then can enter. 5. Check-out process is not smooth. Got to wait at least 10-15min for the chambermaid to check the entire unit, once all ok then can released my refund.

The Security Leader, Mr Nabaraj was a very friendly and approachable staff.
