There was no sound-proof for the room. I was awaken by the toilet flush next room and the footsteps, chats noise from the common area outside the room.

Water splashing out from the bath room door. Hope they can put extra rubber sealant at the sides of the door. The receptionist offered us extra mat. The hotel is at the third floor, quite a challenge for those having mobility issues.

I like their sharing kitchen area where I can get filter clean water for drinking, fridge for chilling my drinks and food. Although my room was small it is sufficient. Toilet was clean but a bit small. The air con is working well. The price is very worthy, we went for work and sightseeing, not staying much in the hotel. The receptionist is friendly. Parking is a challenge during late afternoon when the food stalls were operating but parking is available after dinner hours. Many variety of food stall available, food is cheap and delicious.

I am able to hear the conversation coming from the adjacent room, and there is a lot of noise in the vicinity of the guesthouse.

The staff there is super friendly and helpful. The location of this guesthouse also is quite near to Bukit Bendera.

the blanket smelled unwashed; twice I found the common toilet not flushed; wearing shoes are not allowed in the premises & walls are not soundproof since I can hear someone loudly hoicking in the shower.

Very poor stay experience! I booked a room with a private bathroom, but upon arrival, I was told that the room type was fully booked, and the hotel gave me a cheaper room without a bathroom. It feels like a scam. Worse, other guests seemed to have encountered the same issue. The room facilities were terrible: the window leaked when it rained, and there was a noticeable bad smell in the room. To make matters worse, each room was separated by partitions, and the soundproofing was awful, making it extremely noisy at night, impossible to rest. Very disappointed with this hotel, not recommended. it's ridiculous! the hotel confirmed my booking and chargedme, only to cancel my reservation on booking.com. it feels like they are trying to avoid bad reviews to protect their 5-star rating. if they don't want to accept booking.com through third-party platforms, they shouldn't list their property there. canceling after payment has been processed is irresponsible. i hope other potential guests choose this hotel with caution.

- There was no private toilet in the room for bigger job to be done. Need to go out for that. - Very noisy from outside the road. - Aircon was not cool during noon after. There was a ceiling fan for the treat but not helping neither. - The blankets was not thick it was thin layer. - There was a smell that stood our attention which bring sticking...

- There was gym downstairs - Food nearby and easy access. - Car park is easy to park after 12.00 midnight. - Nearby Mart are available. - The Staff was kind and very helpful. Thanks to her in person.

I dont think it is value for money. The room is small for a family room for the price. It was last minute but I cant complain. It is basically a square space with beds and a built in extremely small bathroom/toilet (can’t really move in there) and because it is attached to the room and small, be sure to go with someone who doesn’t smell 🫣 or the whole room will. If youre booking early, pretty sure you can get a bigger and better place for the price. Oh yeah and it is located 3/4 floors up so if you like exercising whenever you go out, this place is for you.

Very organized and strategic location. Common area with facilities such as microwave, fridge etc. No smoking area with place for smokers outside which is good.

Upgraded to toilet room but toilet are too small to have a commode. You still need to share toilet after upgraded. Toilet smell and the 3 size bedroom is definitely too cramp.
