MalaysiaWe might wanna come again because of the very good service they provided, although our house is only within 5km radius from the hotel.
Requested very early check in as there was a power shortage in my condo, the back office guy (forgot his name) was very accommodative and let us came early. Also got free drinks at the bar during arrival. Single bed was big enough as well. And also requested for baby cot, and its ready even before we arrive. Thank you!

Australiatold that points will be added to marriot bonvoy membership , Stayed almost a week . Few days later supervisor says cant be added as it was done through booking ,very disappointing . Water leaks through , there is no shower door shield to stop water from leaking out . have stayed in 2 different rooms , all the same . c/o at reception, but still the same / no action taken . I dont think they understood my point. I Too busy to deal with this.

AustraliaReception staffs. Double charged me for my room. When I check out, I was not aware that my debit card or savings account, was already charged AUD 700+, which was only supposed to be used as security despite me telling the reception I will use another alternative to settle the room charges, as I had brought excess cash. So during check out, I was billed RM1,775 which I had paid with my other credit card. If I had not checked my debit card or savings account, I would have paid Rm4,100 + for 5 nights stay. I am not happy of the hassle and discomfort I have with the hotel.
I was not too happy with the lukewarm friendliness and service of the Reception. I was especially not happy that the exit to the car park was shut and I had to drive around the car park trying to leave the premise and almost missed my appointment. I am now giving high ratings to the hotel because of a Housekeeping staff by the name of Ms. Arifah. Not only was she pleasant when she came to make our room daily. She had written us a polite and caring note which she had left on top of the shoe boxes we had left next to the bin. In case, we did not mean to have them thrown. Her note: Dear all, If you would like to throw away these boxes, you may leave it outside. I'll collect it later. Have a nice day (with a smiley face). Yours sincerely, ARIFAH HK staff. That note made my day.

MalaysiaThe TV image quality was not so good, may due to reception issues. TY programs were less, may suggest to have some music channel. Car park lots were very limited at basement. no specific reserved parking lot for guest.
The room was very clean and pleasant to stay in. Bathroom was clean and no smell. location was good easy for me to access Seremban, Shah Alam & KL.

SingaporeThe Happy Hour at the bar starts from 5pm but if the start time can be from the start of operational time, that would be ideal. I was there at 4:30pm thinking it was happy hour but was disappointed to hear I couldn't get the Happy hour price. IN the end, I walked away.
The amenities given is good. But if you could include cotton buds in it, that would be even better but this is just a small opinion that I would like to give.
