MalaysiaThe parking quite limited especially when there's event. Due to heavy rain, my ceiling leaked. The trees blocked the road view as you want to exit the hotel parking compound.
I like the staff, they're helpful and nice. The shower heater is awesome, Aircond is good. Room is comfy. The parking is within the hotel compound. I feel safe.

When check in they give me key card , then try open the room can’t open. Go counter again ask why can’t open , counter said oh sorry lock spoil , forgot give u manual key. They back room try again, can’t open again till go down call again house keeping come . A Indon house keeping come , what she said , turn left and try again , pull the handle and hold and tan turn again the key the u can open the door . I ask her why so mesh to open the door , she. Said slow slow learn u can open the door. This is not should happen issue to hotel guests, please management, if got issue on the room or door don’t sell your room . Hope the stupid management, counter and housekeeping take note . We are staying more that RM 110++ per night , not RM 40-50 budget hotel . Thank for your stupid experience for your hotel . We are highly no encourage ppl to stay there . Thanks

MalaysiaOnly shortfall was just a maintenance issue. The shower glass door does not close properly, causing the dry area to get wet. We just use more towels to mitigate.
Stay was fit for our purpose, to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. A welcome note was placed in our room with an apt message related to our 50 years together. The "all you can eat breakfast" was great way to try various Peranakan flavours. Dinner was also good to sample Portuguese cuisine.

I arrive on 1pm, other customer check out and yet i still need to wait until 3pm, while i am coming all the while from KL, i request to check in early with extra charge! But yet the counter service very bad temper and black Face not to negoniate at all!
