Great location and we loved the split level rooms. It was a bit of a hassle with the check in and also there was a smell of damp on our first night/when we first entered but it dissipated over the few days we were there. Good value for money and prime location, however not the best place we had stayed during our Asia trip but it did the job

There was no hot water during my stay. The staff member who tried to help at first told me the water was hot when it clearly wasn't, it was barely lukewarm. In a cheap hostel I wouldn't mind this but when you're paying for a hotel, it's one of the basic things you expect... my key card also didn't work but this issue was resolved very quickly by the staff. There are only young male staff members which as a solo female traveller didn't make me feel super safe, but it was all fine in the end.

The room was a good escape after staying at an awful hostel, but honestly not much more than that. It was just passably clean, and the location was good. Fine for a night or two.

The rooms are quite small. It’s hard to live with four people in one room when there is no wardrobe to unpack your clothes. If you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping, it might be a problem, as there is noise from a small factory across the street throughout the night. The check-in time is late — 3:00 PM. The day before, I asked if we could leave our luggage somewhere at 2:00 PM to go out for a meal, and I was told it would be possible. However, upon arrival, no one responded until 3:00 PM.

Tv placing too high. Someone smoking in their room and we can smell the smoke coming inside our room. Really suffocated.

Very good accommodation. Suitable for couple. good environment. Provide water dispenser really helpful. There's convenient store which you can buy for late night snack. The air conditioner drips water, but it stopped after a while. So is okay. And the bathroom is not a hand shower.
