MalaysiaThe hotel is very comfortable. However I didn’t enjoy having to walk past and among all the restaurant tables in the passage way to get to the lift to the East Wing. I realise Iftar buffet is just for one month but I think you should consider the experience of your staying guests.

MalaysiaHowever, one thing that stands out (and not in a good way) is their strict upgrade policy. Unlike other Hilton properties, this location never offers free upgrades, regardless of occupancy levels. It’s a bit unusual, especially for loyal Hilton guests who are accustomed to better treatment at other locations. Still, the stay itself is pleasant, but if you’re expecting the usual Hilton upgrade perks, you might be disappointed.
I enjoy staying at this hotel—it has great amenities and the usual Hilton standards in terms of comfort and service.

MalaysiaThe swimming pool was closed for renovation. The hotel did not inform us about this before hand. The first room allocated to me can hear drilling sounds, I requested to upgrade the room and moved to upper floor, then no more noise heard. The breakfast not much variety.

MalaysiaThe hotel basemen parking feels dilapidated and sometimes emits unpleasant smell. The route from parking area to hotel lobby feels less well-preserved as compared to other areas within the hotel. Also the fact that I am still being charged twice for parking despite being a hotel guest (I had verified my TNG card at the hotel's concierge on these 2 separate occasions).
My room was spacious, quiet and elegant. My wife loves it.

SingaporeThe teppanyaki counter in the Japonese Restaurant has a exhaust problem, much too loud. The chef who cooked for us was very good and chatty.
Newly renovated, bright, clean. Staff very accomodating, friendly. Concierge helped me to make reservation at the City Hilton chinese restaurant. Car park for 3 ringitt a day very good.

We had a fantastic time celebrating New Year at Hilton Petaling Jaya! The refurbished hotel is stunning, and the Insta-worthy pool was a highlight. The half-board meal plan was great, offering delicious food and convenience. Overall, a wonderful family stay—highly recommend!
