1) I had to open a new request for simple amenities like toothbrush, shaving kit, slippers etc. 2) Next door neighbors were so noisy, I could not sleep... 3) Swimming pool is closed at 8 PM, wish it was open till 11 PM.

I really loved the king size bed, fresh smell in the room, helpful staff, nice decorations in the room.

Admittedly, we went to the pool early in the morning and had we come later, there wouldn't have been any space. Other guests have commented on this, and I am not entirely sure what the solution is as there's not much space for more sunbeds, but it is a shame that only a dozen or so guests can be by the pool at any given time. Additionally, some of the breakfast items were a little bland - so perhaps it would be better to have a smaller spread, where each item is of top quality!

As mentioned by other guests, the interior decor creates a great vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The pool and gym facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet was vast, so definitely something for everyone. Everything you would expect of a hotel at this price level. Location is good, you're a short walk from Bukit Bintang!

Everything was great from the moment you check in. Room was well detailed and spacious, bed was comfortable and king sized. It had a nice storage area for your luggage and to hang your clothes. Decent gym for a hotel and a nice rooftop pool & lounge. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Would def go back!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well thought out and comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool and gym facilities were very good. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of fresh and delicious food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Beautiful hotel, one of my favourites I have ever stayed in. Stunning interior design in the shared spaces and the rooms were so well designed. Would highly recommend if looking for a place to stay in KL. Also breakfast was great.

This is criticism at a high level but breakfast could not really convice me. It a quanity over quality situation. There are many options, but few are actually good. Also, I would have expected more fresh fruit considering the vast range of local produce available. The view /proximity of the neighbouring building/parking lot is also not very pleasant.

From our bedroom we had an amazing view of the skyline including KL-Tower as well as Merdeka 118. - The location is very handy. The monorail (Raja Chulan - MR7) is just a couple of hundret meters down the street. Restaurants, convenience stores and several malls are within walking distance. - The rooftop pool facilites are great. The greenery gives it a special atmosphere and the views are excellent. - The bathroom is large, bright and modern. Having a view from the bathtub is a unique experience. - The hotel staff whether it be the front desk or security at the door etc. was very nice and welcoming. - While I did not use it during our stay, the gym actually is pretty well equipped for a hotel and comes with a view.

When we requested hot chocolate during breakfast we were told there was none which is rare for a hotel. It would be nice to have a printed list on the bedside table or bathroom of the amenities available upon request since some of our group did not know that they could ask.

The rooms were beyond our expectations. We loved that modern and local design and products were tastefully combined to create a comfortable space. Great breakfast. We enjoyed having the usual Western options and then being able to dip into the local cuisine. Perfect location. 24-hour check-in since we arrived in the wee hours. Amenities such as toothbrushes and cutlery are available upon request, except for shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body/hand wash, which are provided in the bathroom.

Staff at the reception were not particularly kind, cold and not welcoming. Breakfast has many options but quality could be improved.

The room we had was so lovely, full of amazing art details and special materials. Bathroom is exactly what I would make in my dream home. Comfortable bed, lots of different lighting and plenty of space.

The hotel location was very good, you can walk or have a short drive by taxi to several areas. Also, it was a calm surrounding. Furthermore, we very much liked the breakfast variation, the friendly staff and the clean rooms. We can only recommend staying here.

There was not enough sunbeds at the swimming pool. Besides that everything was perfect.

Our room was very comfortable and it had a beautiful unique design. The offered breakfast was very diverse and tasty. The location of the hotel was perfect and made it possible to just walk to many sights. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym with a great view.

The parking , only valet RM20 per entrance too expensive -Should give hotel guest free parking Considering the overall price of the hotel, this is an area that really needs to be improved. The lack of convenient and reasonably priced parking was an unpleasant surprise and definitely something to consider before booking here again. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear noises from the hallway, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel that positions itself as a luxury property, I expected more in terms of soundproofing.
