MalaysiaAlready ask the cashier it's it have people can serve me for check out and refund Deposit at yesterday night. She said 6.30am have staff can exist. But today 6.30am check out can't find any staff in the hotel. I return All the remote and acres card. After that i called 20 times to the hotel but never have anyone pick up I leave email ask for refund Deposit but untill now never have any respond!

Power went off a few times, plugs were in bad condition some were unable to provide power. Said to have parking but there were none suggested us to park along the crowded street which was very packed.

No car park provided must walk to public car park nearby by the sea resort. Uncomfortable bed come with dirt pillow case & old bedsheet. Feeling negative vibe when entering the room.
