The stay was okay overall, but the room was quite small for a family. I wouldn’t recommend it for those traveling with kids or in a group. There weren’t enough power sockets, which was a inconvenient, and there was a bad odour coming from the cabinet. It might be more suitable for couples or two people traveling light.

Great location, just a few minutes from the city centre. Nice and helpful staff and easy check in process. Room was okay.

Room windows not soundproof enough. Could hear the traffic when sleeping. Didn’t like the common area where smoking is allowed. Should designate smoking outside of premises.

Single Bed size is small No Parking, you need to park ur vehicle far or couldn’t find one. Parking system Apps is tremendous not friendly and expensive. Pantry is kinda dark, the lighting is dimmed.

Cleanliness 9/10 Coffee/tea at the pantry ❤️ Just next to Medical Ctr and near to restaurant n cafe &’7E.

I personally think receptionist could be more efficient. As I reached to check in - recept let me wait quite a while even the is no other guest. She just keep doing her things (on computer - not to register me) & talking to the phone. Once eveything done, then only entertain me. 😒😏

1.Went sightseeing bandar Melaka and went back to hotel around 3am. The infront lobby door is close around 11pm so we need to enter the hotel by using back door (passcode provided). The problem is, at the back side of the door, dont have parking so we need to walk to go the back side. Maybe hotel management can improve this. Why we must use the back door? Should be the passcode door at the front not at the back. 2. The lift is very very slow since not using electrical one. It's okay la but it's quite frustrating. 3. The service of check in quite slow. Need to fasten the process/service.

The toilet can't flush. The room have a bit musty smell. I just air it out by opening the window. I can't find electric plug? I have to use the TV plug to charge my phone

The lift so cute! The room are good for the price. The toilet/bathroom size are almost half of the room, so the bedroom area are smaller than expected.
