United Statesthe elevator situation was difficult.. we stayed on 16 and most of the time the elevator skipped our floor or would be too full to take. we ended up taking the stairs more often than not.

Brand new building, furnished with all necessities. Great views from the apartment. We were given a 2 bed apartment which was more than enough. Clean and neat. Swimming pool and Gym located on the 10th floor is state of the art. Mr Fahad was helpful with what ever we required during our stay. All places accessible within a short cab ride or walk (TRX mall, KLCC, etc).

AustraliaAll a bit of a 'new-ish' set-up. You need to ring the reception person on your arrival so they can bring the key card (there's no reception desk or similar). The accom would benefit from a tray with complimentary tea/coffee,milk, sugar (you do get a kettle but need to buy everything which is awkward as a short-term visitor). One other awkward issue is the 'cash only' - plus a 200Ringit cash deposit to hand over. So you need to change money before you arrive. Getting a receipt for cash payment is kind-of acknowledged practice all over the word -- but here you just hand over the cash and that's it. Bit unprofessional. No problems though, everything worked out well, it's great value for money.
29th floor, room upgrade, large, comfortable, location within 15m walk to centre, 25 to twin towers. Awesome views from thetop (free access to 60th floor. There are a few tables and seating - so youcould take your drink up there for sunset. Great value for money. Mr Linkon ('reception') was helpful and responsive. I'll stay again if returning to KL

Australiathe apartment is empty no towels no kettle no utensils... only beds and sofa when I contacted the manager he apologised and he said the apartment just been released for rent. bad customer service , I told him no hot water he didn't fix it. we had to go at 10pm looking to buy towels...
