A nice little hotel in a more quiet location compared to the harbour area. Within walking minutes of the seafood restaurants, night market etc. Beautiful, comfortable room. Staff was friendly and made an effort to help. Free filtered water - great to reduce single-use plastic water bottles. Just in case you're allergic, be aware: There is a cat living in the main hallway, and all shoes should stay in the hallway.

The staff is very friendly! They made our stay so enjoyable. The accommodations themselves are basic but very clean and comfortable. And, there's a resident cat!

Bathroom drains were a bit rubbish so flooded with the shower. Wet room which is never our favorite

Stayed here either side of a trip to Mabul Island. Perfect for this situation. Staff were happy to look after our large bags whilst we were away. Room is big enough for 2 and there is AC.

Compared to the rest of Semporna, this place is a modern accommodation. Everything is clean and very well organised. There is wifi in every room, fast and reliable.

The staff were amazing and really enhanced the experience of my time in Semporna. The main host booked all my tours, dropped me off at the tours, picked me up, organised my transfer to Tawau airport and made plenty of local food suggestions. Thank you I had a great stay!

Our room had a moldy smell, although there was nothing to be seen on the walls. That was the only minor thing

Good location in the center of semporna. Friendly staff and overall clean room, kitchen and bathroom. Other guests were also very respectful by not making any noise after around 10 pm. Great for a short stay whilst traveling to Mabul.

Some places with shared bathrooms manage wot have a bit of privacy, unfortunately this was not one of them. There are certain things you do not want to hear when you’re brushing your teeth if you know what I mean. I only stayed 1/4 nights as the lack of privacy with the bathroom situation was a bit much for me and the hotel declined my request to change dates. It’s still a decent clean stop in Semporna though.

Nothing to be honest. Probably they need to change their microwave as it was not heating things properly. Otherwise all has been great.

Had difficulty opening the room lock but staff was there to assist. Drop fall for toilet door on ground floor is high so my mom on mobility aid see this as an obstacle. Otherwise all is good.

Fuss free stay for 1 nite transit to Semporna island ( abt 10 mins ride to jetty). Staff was accomodating. We can tag to their airport transfer after booking expires.

The noise from the communal space does carry into the rooms. The hostel was quiet when we were there however if busy this could be off putting.

Good location for joining a trip to Mabul island the next morning. The bunk beds (twin room) were large and comfortable with good AC.

The room was pretty small, the common areas were very very hot and the walls were very thin so could hear everything next door. The location in general isn't the best unless youre literally staying at the port but it's okay, a shop nearby and a walk to the port and restaurants.

It was mostly comfortable, but there are only 2 show room, so I had to wait until it was empty. and The amount of hot water is small and it is not clean after someone uses it.
