We slept so well here! Very comfortable and clean. Good instructions for checking in. Great Wi-Fi and aircon!

This is just my personal point of view. The apartment is associated with the wine (the apartment is actually a shop lot, located at 1st floor. Left, right and opposite on ground floor are wine duty-free shops. That is why they call as LV - LIQUID VILLAGE! Inside the apartment also have wine bottle pictures). So, as a Muslim, we are not comfortable with. Anyway, I admit that is my mistake, I didn't check thoroughly the location by using the Google Street. So, my advice to all travelers, better to spend a little bit of your time to go through the Google Street to identify the exact location. I actually just based on the review given by the customers, which is excellent!

Strategic location, walking distance to Bayview hotel. Easy to shop around, nearby Haji Ismail Group shopping complex, RAM's and have many choices for breakfast & dinner. Facilities inside the apartment tip top.

it is very clean and comfy. Suitable for family trip. very neat and all the staff/owner are very helpful where what we request they will try their best to fulfill our needs. it’s the second time I booked with them. However I suggest that the owner can actually placed some mosquitoes repellent in the house cause there are lots of mosquitoes during night time. Other than this, everything is perfect, Recommended!

There were no elevators! We had to carry our luggage but it was only 1 flight of stairs. We didnt know that we needed to pay for parking, we had to pay a fine. Just a reminder for other guests staying here! :)

The place is very comfy and suitable for a family trip. It’s too big for just 3 person since there is a living room with extra sofa bed there. Quite clean overall. Owner is very responsible on solving all the problem.

No cleaning, towel change or refills for toiletries throughout the 4 nights stay. Don’t allow late checkout even if no cleaning services throughout the stay!

From the moment i walked in, i already knew this was a regret to book here four nights straight. The room could definitely be cleaned alot better. There was a pungent smell everywhere but especially the toilet smelled so bad, i waited a day thinking perhaps no one stayed here so let’s give it sometime and use it first but realised it was only getting worse. I told the host and he immediately sent someone over to fix it, however the smell was still there. The walls looked like there is a pipe leakage creeping through it hence the paint work started to look patchy and gross everywhere. There were spots everywhere around the room that could’ve been cleaned better. The rooms are paper think hence you hear literally everything that’s happening outside, not ideal for quality sleep. I’m not sure if it were cleaners or guests but one morning they were blasting music and you could hear every word from the bedroom. Overall wouldn’t recommend, perhaps book only one night first to see if it suits you. For the price and location, i feel like this was quite a bad deal for me.

Staffs service was good. They replied quite fast and tried to fix it.

Excellent location, place is big and well equipped. Clean and modern. Host chat group was very helpful. Check in was easy. All over 5 star experience. Well definitely book again for my next vacation. O ya.. Parking was easy with daily coupon of Rm4 (per day) and is available for purchase at near by store.
