The location is not bad... Quiet place. Not far from most of the attractions in Melaka. Staffs are friendly. Especially the one who attended to us when we arrived at night, about 10.30pm or 11pm on 14 April 2023.

BUT I think the quality of breakfast meals needs to be further improved and the breakfast menu is very limited. No omelette and half boiled egg in the menu. The value for money is influenced by this factor.

As responded earlier, the room, staff, and location are good. The surrounding is a bit quiet but peaceful.

It was a pleasant stay, just that I found a piece of twisties on the floor near the sofa. The cleaners must have missed that since it's so small. Anyhow I'm happy with the place overall.

However, the fridge seems to be broken. Its not cold at all. The tv also had some problem with wiring. The colour on the screen keeps changing.

We arrived at a very late hours around 12 am feeling so tired and also kind a lost because the surrounding area was dark. Luckily the staff was really helpful and friendly. Very satisfied about that. Room is spacious and clean too.

Nothing. Just cold air cond and remote tv problem. Others superb!

The place is easy to find and not far from Zoo. The room is cosy, air cond is super cold but the room is nice. Tv remote was having a problem but luckily using a phone that can be remote. Breakfast was not much but deliciously awesome.

The floor of the room on the 1st floor was a bit dirty with rubbish from previous customers. The lift was quick to close their doors so take caution. The breakfast food choice was a bit limited but the taste made up for it. Whilst it is a creative way as a hotel with bigger space, the distance between the 2 bedrooms might work if you have teenage children or adults, but if you have small kids like us, it is better if the beds are within the same space

The room was huge. It was basically a new style of hotel, where the environment was mimicking a duplex apartment. You have 2 floors with 2 toilets and 2 types of bed each floor. 1st floor gives you either twin or double bed while the 2nd floor provides a double bed or a queen sized bed. As mentioned, 2 bathrooms really helped whilst there was also a living room and a working space for office work related where one can put a laptop. While I mentioned it was mimicking a duplex apartment, it did provide breakfast for 4 adults. The breakfast taste was brilliant and I feel the choice could have been a bit more. The coffee especially was fantastic! There is a franchise restaurant behind the check in lobby, an asam pedas restaurant and a convenient store located at the ground floor.
