No microwave and scissors. Swimming pool guard always guarded and cannot wear anyhow w/o proper swimming pool attire although ur wearing hijab,if then cannot enter pool.

Host was friendly, Instruction given cleared. Shower gel,shampoo, towel (2pcs),hairdryer, iron+iron board were provided except no toothbrush only.

It's managed by an agency, the agent very helpful and responsive. Provided all the info by email and on WhatsApp, hence smooth check in. Modern residence, lots of facilities, huge outdoor swimming pool with playground. All very clean Decent apartment , clean

This is our personal preference, but we found the pillows a bit lacking. Didn't affect our sleep though.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was also very good, there was a baby mattress provided to us free of charge. The facilities in the compound were also great, with a full gym, swimming pool, kids' play area, a Korean restaurant, and a convenience store. Lastly the room was clean, and the security was good.

The unit's master bedroom aircon needs servicing. My kids woke up with blocked nose in the morning. Other than dat, it was an awesome staycation.

Master room toilet's sink is clogged. Kitchen and toilet taps/faucets need to be replaced as they came off/broken. Only 1 aircon remote control sharing for 2 bedrooms. It'll be good to also put a mirror in the common room. Only 1 access card key per unit so it's a bit of a hassle as everyone needs to be together at one place as we need the card to use lift/carpark. We need to drive a few levels up to park our car at designated lot.

Host is punctual and clear instructions and information given throughout my stay. Security and facilities are great. Location is convenient to malls/eating places. Basic necessities provided. Unit is clean and tidy. Water pressure for showers is good. Apart from the below mentioned things to be improved/look into, overall we enjoyed our short stay here and recommend to others.

Not easy accessible and the kids pool was just a disappointment though I book the room a night stay was just for my boys and the pool. Even the jacuzzi also not good. so we end up not enjoying the pool at all and skip all the other pool.

Pool was big and have kids pool.. Gym also can use.. Sauna can use.. Inside the house also very comfortable.. Have washing machine.. microwave and fridge.. Have air conditioner at all room.. view also very nice can see pool..

Location was smack in the middle of everything. The facilities for the family is great. Kids pool. The owner of the unit was great.. very responsive and friendly. Will definitely come here again for a short staycation..

The unit met the basic requirements, don’t expect anything more. The mattress condition isn’t optimal.

I guess safety is what I like about Molek Regency. Security seems decent and I feel my car is safe in the carpark
