The Aircon was awful, when it did work it was extremely loud . Sleeping wasn't really possible. The location is out of town, fine with a bike not without. The sink water ran brown occasionally

Staying in this hotel was nice. The room have a fridge which is great. Location is a bit out of city centre, but the staff help you to organize a scooter rental. Pool is good - at the beggining it looks small, but we were rhere only who swimmed, so it was nice. Stuff ia friendly- give some tips what to do in the island.

The road to the hotel is dark and needs more lights and the shower is not hot. It's off and on hot and cool water .

The place is clean and peaceful. Night the place is quiet. Very comfortable and the room space. The hotel is in the middle of pantai cenang and pantai tengah. Very easy to drive.

The location - transport needed, but very quiet and green all around, rice fields. Wonderful to return to the calm of the accommodation - yet close to restaurants and eateries. The hotel manager was excellent and went beyond and above, he really made our stay and is a true professional. A big thank you.

The .mattresses were cheap, and warn out, had to go to chiropractor, the place is In need of some love. Hate having to take my shoes of in reception. All the time.

personnel is very kind and helpful. spacious room with outdoor seating (we took chairs outside). the ricefields and hills look very nice and give a relaxed vibe with the pool.

1- The floor of the room is really sticky. I think the management need to change the floor detergent to non sticky. The room is nice and tidy. 2- Have TV but only 3 channel. I hope add more channel. 3- Please fix the toilet door knob. For me its a small issue, but if can fix it will be great. 4- The paint on the wall is crack..just a small amount. Great if can be fix. 5- This is just a suggestion, please provide like a mini outside cloth hanger to dry the cloths.

1- The location is really great for me and my friend. Really near with Kuah and Chenang. Really easy to find food and attraction. 2- The view. Mountain and paddy field. Please not build another building. Just maintain your buidling. The view is really attraction. 3- The staff is really friendly and will help you if have any problem. The will text you and check if anything is ok. 4- I choose twin bed room. Room is big and comfortable. The bed is comfortable. But beware of few mosquito. 5- Have small refrigator ! yeay! 6- Have a space for chill and eat. 7- Have water heater ! 8- Big parking space 9- Other than that, 5 star!

There is no one who can took us our room in the day of arrival . Day we arrive the hotel we got the key from reception and we had to search our room. After booking we try to contact with the hotel no one answered. Even they send false information before 2 days of arrival regarding our check in day. We send emails normal message even we call but no answer was given then I email to booking. Com then only problem was fixed. During our 3 days stay our trash was not cleared we message many times to the number given by reception but not acknowledged. Not give single bottle of water. Over charged for taxi on our departure day around 60 ringgits from hotel to airport. They said it will double charge but airport to hotel taxi charge is only 13 ringgits.

Lady receptionist was kind. And Bangladeshi boy was helpful when we meet him at the lobby he help us to remove trash from room. One local guy was rude

The condition of the bathroom was disappointing. It lacked a proper roof, featuring only a hard plastic cover, and there was no shower enclosure. As a result, the entire bathroom would get wet during showers, requiring us to 'hide' the toilet paper :) to prevent it from becoming soaked. Had accurate photos of the bathroom been available, I would not have chosen this property. On a positive note, the accommodation offers good value for money and a pleasant view of the green fields, but the bathroom's condition was not up to standard and detracted from the overall experience.

The staff at this property were exceptionally friendly, which was a highlight of our stay.

The room is spacious and clean. The property is well maintained and quite close to Cenang beach. The paddy field view is nice and relaxing for those who won't stay at crowded places.
