Clean place overall Bar below is too noisy, cannot sleep until 4am

as other users have mentioned before, cleaning starts around 10 AM, including vacuuming. So if you checked in late and were hoping to sleep in, this might be a bit inconvenient. Overall the cleaning doesn’t take long.

I stayed in a mixed dorm. In the photos, each bed has a metal door and a curtain, which definitely gives you a sense of privacy and safety — and it really feels that way in person too. The room had showers (though there’s no option to adjust the temperature — the water was always on the cooler side) and toilets. There’s a shared air conditioner in the room, a hairdryer you can use, and a separate sink area. The hostel also offers “female-only dorms,” but just a heads-up: they look different from the photos. In reality, each bed is still separated by a metal door just like in the mixed dorm. The pictures on the site seem a bit outdated. But overall, still a good experience — and the staff are super friendly and positive! Definitely would like to return back

A great little.hidden gem.in the heart of KL. Supremey clean throughout, chilled.vibes and wonderful.helpful staff and helpers. Location is excellent. Peaceful and safe place to explore KL from. Kelvin the owner works very hard to.keep.hia guest hally, this shows throughout. We had a little.noise through the night from.the bar/club downstairs, but we used earplugs and the excellent air con and comfy bed meant we got to sleep with ease. The 'quiet time policy' works well.here and is respected.by customers. 11pm to around d 7am.

I had an amazing stay at OA The Factory! From the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect. The place is very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and pleasant environment to stay in. The location is excellent, right in the heart of KL’s Golden Triangle, with easy access to main roads, shopping malls, public transport, and top attractions. It's super convenient and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which I truly appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made the experience even better! The vibe is fantastic, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes me feel at ease. Most importantly, it feels like home, safe, and ensuring peace of mind. I highly recommend OA The Factory to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable, and stress-free stay! This is my fourth stay with OA The Factory, and I’ll definitely be back again!

I mean the area kinda looked shady outside the hostel. A bit difficult to find if you're walking from the MRT. There are abt 1-2 bathrooms for everyone for that particular room so you have to wait your turn. Again if you don't mind it then it's alright. Good for 1-2 nights. A lot of things everywhere inside the hostel. Kind of looks messy and a bit dark. I don't mind it though.

First of all, the affordability especially if it's a one night, this is a solid one. I liked that it was easy to check-in with great instructions. Owner seems chill and that's good. Didn't have much time to talk to him but pretty good factor as well. My room and bed were pretty good with its own curtain and storage cabinet at the bottom and they provided a towel and blanket which was good.

It is close to the night market and not far from the commercial center. The reason why it is rated high is because of everyone's experience. It is a good youth hostel

There were only three bathrooms. And it gets busy

The setup of the beds and the privacy is well designed. The place is next to the train station and offers good value for money

The staff and the owner are great! Friendly, ready to help any time. They clean the whole accomodation really well! The best part about this place was a living room in the parking lot! A very unique space to hang out and a lot of great people to meet!
