This hotel is classified as a 4star property I dispute that. All the facilities are in place to be a 4star but I felt it was poorly run and poorly cleaned. We were there for three nights and we never had the room cleaned once. We had to contact reception for towels, toilet paper and complementary water every day. The hotel is predominantly a Muslim hotel so obviously there is no bar or alcohol allowed. I don't have a prejudiced cell in my body but in my opinion this hotel is not geared for non Muslim guests and I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends ...Sorry .

The maintenance of the restaurant was disappointing. There were dead flies at the cashier counter. No vegetarian options

Hotel is connected to the beach which was clean. It is not a private beach as stated on some other reviews. Available eateries within a 10 minutes drive. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Good range of TV channels both local and international. Good wifi connection. Staff was quick to attend to give us a reserved parking lot on a night they were fully booked and all carpark lots were taken up.

Cleanliness need to be improved. Corners of all floors (bed room / lobby / Also the restaurant to pick dirty dishes immediately after table is empty). To remove all cars / all parking front of beach. Improve the staircase at the beach.

However, even though the hotel is new and opened in 2024, some areas are already showing signs of wear and could use some refurbishment. The rooms and bathrooms were not as clean as expected for a 4-star hotel. Overall, it’s a nice place, but a few improvements would make it even better.

What I like most about this hotel is the big and long swimming pool — it’s definitely the highlight. The location is also convenient, being close to Teluk Kemang beach, restaurants, and night stalls.

We specifically booked a room with sea view but, we did not get the view we hoped because it does not directly facing the sea and we habe to look out to the left to look at the sea.

The room is decorated very nicely. It is very spacious and comfortable for us five.The room is very clean.

Pool towel are always out or they will cap 1 per room during peak period. There are only 2 lifts so if you don't mind taking the staircase, that would be a better option rather than waiting. Also a new construction is on-going next to the hotel, so it can get a bit noisy with the drilling sound during the weekday.

Spacious room with amenities, nearby a lot of seafood restaurants and breakfast place making food hunting easy. The pool is big and long so the kids really enjoy the space, the small arcade and pool table.

Having to walk from the pool to the reception at the lobby for pool towel . Pool opens at 9 am but towels available only from 11am onwards.
