The place was spacious and could fit my family of 7 pretty well. Really near to the beach too which made it convenient for my grandma!

The unit facing a very beautiful seaview, the TV is wifi connected and can enjoys the movie from nexflix, fast wifi is provided and all rooms included living room complete with air-con. The host is very friendly and helpful.

It's basically the worst staying experience we had. The price is totally not worth at all and it's kind of cheating from the photos posted in booking.com, the actual place is nothing like the photos showed. Everything is not well maintain, many things broken including half of the light bulb of the whole house is not working. And force you to pay deposit after you booked in order to receive he password to get your key! And many things are broken and not well maintain in the unit! The most annoying thing is the visitors of this "resort" will make you feel like you're in the 3rd world country, swimming pool are jam with people wearing all kind of cloth but not swimming suit, some unit is making loud noise during late night ~12am, partying, shouting & knocking floor. You can't really sleep or rest at all, so my whole family decide to leave during the mid night. I think booking.com should take this seriously as this kind of listing is a scam and spoiled your platform reputation. I basically will never use booking.com again because of this experience!

Air conditioning blower leaking in the living room. Master bedroom Bathroom cistern leaking non stop and the accordion door was creaking when opening and closing, disturbing sleep whenever someone used the bathroom when others were sleeping.

The apartment was nice and clean and spacious.

The second room is so hot. They don’t have ceiling fan and aircond is not working properly. We couldn’t even use the second room and some of us had had to use futon and sleep in living hall.

It is clean and more and less like the picture shown in the profile. I like they even provide place to hang towels and many towels too.

Cozy, clean and comfortable for family. The sea view from the balcony is beautiful especially during sunset. The private beach is clean. Easy access to the beach and swimming pool. The swimming pool is kid friendly.

Dishes left drying on the sink. All crockery was plastic. No glassware for drinking. No wine glasses. Ensuite bathroom toilet dripped all night onto the floor. Bathroom basin and toilet not clean. Advised owner but no response. Wanted 300 MYR deposit transferred to account which not possible when a foreigner. Didn’t know about this when booking on booking.com. Owner kindly waived. Suggested giving 5 star rating would give discount for next visit. Unlikely to go back.
