The apartment was dusty and bedsheets/pillows were a bit stained. I suggest to change to a new clean covers and throw away the throw pillows that looked very worn out and dirty.

The location was just a walking distance from Mall of Medini and the mall has Village grocer (quality products), activities for children, Legoland, restaurants (Faaz bistro) that serves local breakfast that opens very early and good food too! You won’t go hungry as you surely be able to find food around the area even at late evening. Didn’t get to try the swimming pool as it was raining. The host was responsive and nice.

Funiture was wiped with either dirty smelly cloth or using unpleasant disinfectant. Second bathroom drainage was slow in shower cubicle.

Need more systematic for booking...need more extend but no any comfirmation in system..only deal staff..but staff not confirmation on direct call...suppost staff need to use system also how to handle this situation..and continuedly call remind customer about the payment..last but not lease... Go to parking was very2 poor....😥

The.room.was very good and nice...😍 But why no tea bag or coffee? Coz before this my experience stay at homestay there have tea bag and coffee..ok..tq...

While the unit itself was good, the lobby and the experience of getting up to the unit from the carpark felt scary for the ladies in the family. The lift was also a pain (slow and always overloaded).

Free and Fast Wifi. Nicely done up unit. Television had NetFlix.

Aircon in common bedroom not working. Perhaps ran out of gas a while ago. Not sure if other aircons in the apartment worked optimally as it was not.

There seemed to be some electrical issues in the entire building. Definitely not the fault of the company but it did mean we could not charge our phones overnight.

Location was excellent and the set up very easy to access. It was clean and simple - we really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were stuffy, not clean at all, bathroom water flooding, the parking is 30 spins up - it goes round and round and round. They gave me a room that i didnt book for and it was horrible, bathroom seats were black in colour. Not clean and hygienic at all. beds were too old and horrible. Not worth for the money at all

The toilet smelled so terrible it gave us all a sore throat. It was like you could taste the smell with your tongue and the smell even got to your eyes. Sleepless nights as to make it worse, even the pillows and linens were smelly (like old, unused, cockroach infested pillows). The spiral road to Level 5 for parking was very narrow and we struggled to get up there. The buildings were unfinished as if they haven't received Certification of Fit (CF). So many rooms to improve.

Limted key and unable to go to the next apartment where our tower families stayed. Better one or more keys so that people (in our own group) can able to mingle. No restaurants near by.

Felt like stay in our own home and didn't feel like staying somewhere else. Because all the friends and families stayed together and enjoyed the night with beers and dinner. We liked a lot this place, especially the balcony on the high floor.

Second room was very musty. Smelt like dust and seemed like from the aircond so we dare not switch on the aircond. Need maintainence. Plates and utensils to cook were very basic. The washer machine area need a good clean. Very bad building maintenance. Its an incomplete building. The lower parts that meant for shops are incomplete and looked like abandon building. Need to go up 5 levels to parking area. Not suitable for those particular about this. Our unit was unit 21. Had 1 working lift immediately in front of it. But it was ran fown and very slow. Overloaded even with less than 10 ppl in it. Had other lifts that were better if walked a bit to the centre of the building. Conclusion: not really worth the money. Was thinking of staying there so we can walk to Legoland but not possible with 4 kids.

Location: Very near to Legoland. May walk if not with little kids and not many stuff to carry. If you have kids, might as well drop then off at medini mall and park at legoland parking area. Advised not to walk to legoland for family with little kids more than 2. Staff:responsive. Asked for broom to use during our 3 days stay, was given the next day. Unit: May cook simple things inside the unit. Toileteries were provided but not enough for our numbers so we bought our own bodywash. Towels are provided. Wardrobe very spacious. Water heater and water pressure were good. Fridge funtional. Washer machine provided but we did not use it. Beds are good. But no extra pillows

Nothing major, but a little remark: 1) The premise looks like incompleted project (not the owner's fault), so be prepared for it, like part of the block is covered for maintenance, lift may not look ready for use but it is actually functional. 2) The TV in the living room is just a basic one, no YouTube, no Netflix, so please download your favourite before hand or just stream from your own device. Personally I am happy with the available channels.

I didn't manage to book Legoland hotel, so was trying my luck on booking.com and found this hidden gem. The price is certainly the cheapest so I don't have much to expect initially but our stay is certainly beyond my expectations. The premise is within walking distance to Legoland. Good WiFi in unit, bed is comfortable, extra mattress with bedsheet is available on request. Kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, cooking utensils and fridge. Washer with detergent is available and hanging rack is installed with plenty clothes hangers available. Bathroom is clean too. Gym and swimming pool are available for use. And very responsive host, he is the only person replying all inquiries from all the booking sites, so please be patient with him. If you want to stay a little longer like visit Legoland on the day when you checked out, you can leave your luggage with host and come back to pick it up later before leaving, which is a big plus point!

One heater in the common bathroom is spoilt. Hope they will repair it soon for the next guest.. the 3rd bathroom is maid bathroom. Should put it in the details that there are 3 bathroom but the 3rd one is maid bathroom.

We stayed at 3BR APARTMENT, tower A1T1. It is very near to legoland -6 mins walk and easy to find food and amenities. 4mins walk to 24 hour supermarket and 7 eleven which are located below afiniti residences. Luggage can be kept in their office which are really a great help for us. Their towels are white and clean. Toiletries are provided. . Washing machine is available and we used it during our stay as all of our clothing dirty full of sweat and wet after going to water park on the 2nd day.. All clothes can be dried easily. The unit is spacious and comfortable.We will surely be staying here again.

dirty, the bath rooms are very dirty, the water taps are horrible dirty & loosen, not worth the value !!! the car park route is so narrow & need to drive high floors to park.
